QROVA brings two jobs together in one tool: dynamic QR codes with scan analytics, and invoicing and bookkeeping for small businesses in Germany. QR codes: 13 types - URL, WhatsApp, email, phone, SMS, Wi-Fi, vCard, PDF, social profiles, Google Maps, Google reviews, EPC payment code (GiroCode) and payment links. The destination stays editable after printing; codes can be paused, given an expiry date and organised in folders. Statistics show scans, unique scans, country, city, device, operating system, browser and UTM campaign; bots are filtered out. IP addresses are hashed with SHA-256 and geolocation is resolved locally on our own server, without third-party services. Downloads as PNG, SVG or PDF with custom colours and logo (Pro). Bookkeeping (QROVA Office): invoices compliant with Section 14 UStG including EPC payment QR, quotes, expenses and receipts, cash book, EÜR and BWA, ELSTER and DATEV export, CSV, SKR03/SKR04, GoBD audit log. Optional read-only bank connection via PSD2 suggests matches to open invoices; nothing is booked without your confirmation. Interface in German, English, Russian and Ukrainian. Servers in Frankfurt (EU), data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) available. Free plan without credit card; Pro from 7 EUR/month, Business with REST API from 10 EUR/month.
