- hidden communication about payment plans (only 7 days trial) as well as guidance to dynamic QR codes (while a static one would also have done it but I saw the funtionality in a collapsed when the QR code was already printed); suggestion: show somewhere on top that you also can do static QR codes which are "free" (and also work after the trial)

- very strict subscription periods (you can't cancel inbetween and pay for X months instead of X euro per month)

- while QRFY certainly does many things very well and gives a lot of functionality I felt kind of fooled because of the user guidance that is more based on business needs than customer needs

=> but as the team was very supportive after my message and cancelled my subscription (a few days after I've payed) I now feel more positive regarding QRFY. If some things wouldn't be too hidden, it would be an awesome tool and experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had an issue with an old QR code that wasn't working because it hadn't been used in a long time. The team responded incredibly fast, fixed the problem right away, and were so friendly throughout the process. I couldn't be more impressed with their service and helpful attitude! Great dynamic usage if you are good with the price point. You can edit and customize your QR code as a subscriber.

The analytics dashboard is very straightforward and user friendly. One of the nicest dashboards I've seen, making the UX great. You can also dispatch a larde number of QR codes and you see the need to scale.

This is a great choice for large companies with big budgets. However, even as someone who prints a great deal of QR codes for tradeshows and content, the pricing is a bit egregious. *Extremely pricey--becuase they are dynamic QR codes, QRFY has the power to deactivate your code at anytime. This means they can raise the prices and you are stuck with your code. This is especially harsh for small business who are using print.

*Ambigious "Free QR code" offer is true.... for 7 days -- the QR code GENERATION is free forever; to use the QR code for scans is only free for 7 days. Also, a 7 day trial, is scandalous in my opinion. As someone who uses QR codes, 7 days is nowhere near an appropriate amount of time to make a financial commitment like the one they are suggesting in their pricing models.
