I din't realize when I signed up that it was only a short free trial and needed the QR for an event weekend a couple weeks away. I reached out to customer service and they were more than willing to give me another week of free trial for the event weekend, which totally saved my bacon! Great to work with. The QRFY system for creating codes is extremely intuitive for someone like myself who has never created QR codes before. The customization options are more extensive than the other QR code products I tested out, allowing me the ability to create more appealing designs to fit with our branding. Our organization is working on developing more ways to generate user interest in our products, and the ability to manage dynamic codes and track their use will prove to be very valuable for us. I also greatly appreciate the QRFY team's commitment to supporting nonprofit organizations like ours, making every effort to make it a service that we can afford to use. Kudos to all of you! I recently reached out to QRFY support to merge my account with our main company account, and the process was handled with remarkable speed and efficiency. A special thanks to Alexandra Rius for her outstanding support. The system itself is impressively user-friendly. Our customers scan the QR codes between 200 to 300 times daily without any issues, and the robust diagnostic features provided have been incredibly useful.
