QRelia is a hospitality ordering and service management platform designed for hotels, restaurants, bars and other guest-focused venues. Guests scan a QR code, browse a digital menu and place orders directly from their own phone with no app download required. Orders are delivered in real time to a dedicated staff interface, helping teams manage service efficiently across hotel rooms, restaurants, terraces, gardens, pool areas and other locations. QRelia combines digital ordering with operational tools including menu and modifier management, order status workflows, configurable waiting times, QR code management, sales and service analytics, reporting and multi-location support. The platform is designed around real hospitality operations rather than generic e-commerce workflows. It helps venues reduce service friction, improve visibility of incoming orders and give guests a simple, modern way to request and purchase food and drinks. QRelia can also work with the optional QRelia Ambient Device, which provides a physical visual indication of order activity for staff without requiring them to constantly watch a screen.
