QRelia is a QR ordering system for hospitality venues like hotels and restaurants. Guests scan QR codes to view digital menus on their phones without downloading an app. The system supports venue branding, menu options, photos, and real-time availability. Guests can place group orders, set course timing, and track progress on their devices. Staff use a unified Receiver interface showing room or table locations, guest names, order details, and service stages. Location-aware QR codes direct guests to the correct service area. An optional OLED Ambient Device provides visual order updates as a quieter alternative to sound notifications. Management tools enable live order tracking, historical data analysis, and demand insights. Venues can configure service areas, set timing rules, and customize QR code designs to fit their needs.
