QRC Dispatch is a transportation management system (TMS) built for small freight brokerages that want to run their whole operation on one flat price. Manage the full load lifecycle from booking to invoice: create loads, generate rate confirmations and bills of lading, vet carriers against FMCSA safety data automatically when you select them, and send carriers a secure acceptance link, so there is no more chasing signed rate cons by fax or email attachment. When a load delivers, collect the POD, invoice your customer, and push both sides of the money, customer invoices and carrier bills, straight into QuickBooks Online. QRC generates the documents; QuickBooks stays your ledger, so your books stay clean and your accountant stays happy. Pricing is one flat rate: $99 a month for the whole brokerage, with unlimited users and unlimited offices. No per-user fees, no seat licenses, no tiers, no setup costs. Growing your team never grows your bill. Month to month with no contract. Dispatchers, agents and accounting all work from the same board with role-based access. Try the live demo with no signup at qrcdispatch.com/demo.
