QR Rx is the aftercare platform for specialty clinics. It turns the instructions your team already gives into a branded recovery plan that follows each patient home. Your team builds a reusable template for each procedure with your instructions, medications, milestones and clinic voice. You approve it once, and every matching patient gets the same verified plan. Nothing goes out until your team reviews and sends it. Patients open their plan on their phone with a QR code, a six-digit PIN and their date of birth. There is no app to download and no account to create. The plan is procedure-specific and day by day, so a patient on day 3 sees day-3 guidance. It holds steps, dose reminders, symptom check-ins and family sharing, next to your warning signs and when-to-call guidance with a tap to call the office. Patients can read it in 52 languages. Cura puts your team's answers to common questions inside the plan. Answers come from your approved care plan and clinic guidance. Check-ins show your team which patients may need a closer look, so you can reach out the way you normally would. Review requests follow your recovery timing, and reactivation reminders reach past patients when they become eligible. A Business Associate Agreement is available to every clinic. Production traffic is protected with TLS, the production database and protected storage are encrypted at rest, and PHI access is recorded in audit trails. Setup is hands-on. We set up your aftercare with you, and you approve every word before a patient sees it. The trial runs 30 days with no card and no contract.
