They basically set traps everywhere so you Upgrade

Oh, already have some QR codes? We made them Dynamic so you can only use them if you pay our Annual Plan.

Nothing worse than a SAAS that depends on tricking their users into paying.

And if you really need those QRs you can't even pay a monthly subscription. Nope, they only offer an annual Plan.

I needed a reliable place to print some QR codes for our Demos. Since they'll expire after the "Free Trial" I didn't asked for, I can only tell you there are no benefits. "Zero Warning on Auto Renewal and No Refunds"

What do you dislike about QR Code Generator Pro?

After receiving zero warning about an automatic renewal approaching (which they automatically enroll you in when you sign up), I asked politely for a refund and let their support know I would no longer be using the service and did not intend to renew for another year. Then I received a reply with zero understanding, zero empathy, and zero compassion. They stated they sent a reply 30 days prior which they absolutely did not. As many of the others in this forum have stated, they lie about sending a notification and just charge you. I cannot recommend highly enough that you go with a different QR code service. Recommendations to others considering QR Code Generator Pro:

Make sure to deselect the auto renew function when you sign up, otherwise they'll autorenew you in a year without giving you any warning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Its a scamming company who charge you even after cancellation"

What do you like best about QR Code Generator Pro?

They did what they say they do, we were able to create QR codes and share across, which has been available for free as well at many websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QR Code Generator Pro?

We contacted them on Nov 2021 to cancel our subscription, as we no longer required their services. In Jan 2022 we were charged for the whole year and upon sharing the communications to their customer services agent Sana Mahmaudi, she refused the refund straight stating sorry we won't be able to refund you - she had zero knowledge of the issue and hasn't responded since I tried reaching for further clarification. The whole image of the company has been destroyed with simple tricks she played with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wanted to get a platform that will help us generate QR codes, although there were many free versions available we wanted to try QR Code Generator Pro - There has been no difference between the paid and free version we decided to cancel and turns out these people don't refund you even if you cancel and get a confirmation email for cancellation. I in general do not like to pay for QR codes, but if you want dynamic codes, there is no other way around this. I don't want to print QR codes on event pages with fixed URLs when I might to change them, so I pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QR Code Generator Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Each time I printed QR codes there was always a case when I wanted to change the code afterwards and I want to track how often it was scanned. We did printed hiring campaigns or ads for events like hackathons and used QR codes. After the event we could easily change the targets and could see how often people scanned or codes. Awesome! The website creates QR codes that expire without notice, requiring you to pay a "Ransome" or subscription in order to keep the codes working. The website does not disclose that the "Free" codes expire, leading many users to bring their codes to print, only to find out a few weeks later they will have to pay a substantial amount in order to keep them operational. What do you dislike about QR Code Generator Pro?

They have absolutely no customer support. I've sent them emails, contacted them on their Intercom Helpdesk, I even messaged them on Linkedin trying to get some form of support.

Nothing. This is pretty terrible because I have sender tags on my emails, so I know they've read them along with seeing that my comments on Intercom are marked as "seen" but with no response. So, it's not a lack of support, they're just flat out ignoring me as I'm sure they do with many other people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
