Can link to websites, pdf, emails, etc. Can add logo, etc. **What do you dislike about QRCG?** I think the website is easy to use - I've only used it on desktop - so nothing really negative to say. **Recommendations to others considering QRCG:** None! I like using it! **What problems is QRCG solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to communicate everything from event RSVPs to lead generation forms. Now that everyone uses QR codes and everyone has a device it makes it so easy to capture info. ### 2. I've sent them emails, contacted them on their Intercom Helpdesk, I even messaged them on Linkedin trying to get some form of support. Nothing. This is pretty terrible because I have sender tags on my emails, so I know they've read them along with seeing that my comments on Intercom are marked as "seen" but with no response. So, it's not a lack of support, they're just flat out ignoring me as I'm sure they do with many other people. **What problems is QRCG solving and how is that benefiting you?** Without the support, there are plenty of other QR Code generators that I'm sure I can obtain the same or better services than. ### 3. This is no better than many lower priced options in terms of features and ease of use. Nearly everything offered is provided by competitors at a lower price, without the sneaky on-way upgrade path. **What do you dislike about QRCG?** This is a trap. After trying this out for free users are lured into extra features at a very high price. If you make the mistake of trying these, you'll never get your QR codes to work again. Rather than simply reverting to free codes if you decide to stop using advanced features, your codes die, and you are forced to pay a full year's Pro subscription to reactivate them (and only temporarily). **Recommendations to others considering QRCG:** Avoid. Use a competitor. **What problems is QRCG solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. This product has wasted time and money, for something that should be simple, and is, if you use just about any other product for it. ### 4. This is an expensive scam masquerading as free software. **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2020 **What do you like best about QRCG?** Getting rid of it, despite the fact that it cost me a lot of money in hidden "subscription" fees and international payment fees. **What do you dislike about QRCG?** This is less about generating qr codes and more about generating large amounts of money through disingenuous marketing. I had what I thought was a free account, except that it wasn't. It defaults to a paid account by deceptive means, and then when you refuse to pay you get demands with menaces. If you don't live in Germany you have to pay by international bank transfer, which whacks another £15 onto the bill. This is a SCAM designed to relieve you of your hard-earned money. It's 2020, everyone is struggling except of course operators with the moral compass of a con merchant. Avoid at all costs. especially the £72 + international transfer fee I've had to pay. **Recommendations to others considering QRCG:** Just don't touch it **What problems is QRCG solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have solved no problems and realised no benefits. I have been given problems in the form of a demand for money (for free account??) with menaces ### 5. I like that I can customize the style of my QR code and add my logo to it. **What do you dislike about QRCG?** There isn't a single thing I dislike about the software. **What problems is QRCG solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been able to track website traffic from printed materials and promotional items to justify ROI in my campaigns. I've been able to make getting to our website easier for our customers, recruits and employees. ### 6. I love the feature where it shows our company logo while it's loading information. Really slick. **What do you dislike about QRCG?** As of now, I do not have any complaints. **Recommendations to others considering QRCG:** Customize as much as you can. **What problems is QRCG solving and how is that benefiting you?** I started using this program specifically for my sales reps' contact information. We ordered really nice (expensive) business cards. The idea is that those business cards are to be used for key clients and other people (vendors or whoever else is not a client) can scan their card. It's been great for that. When I started making the QR codes, I realized all of the other options and will be implementing those in the future. ### 7.
