Wasn't clear I was paying for annual, they refused to refund **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024 **What do you like best about QRCG?** I thought it was simple to use (until I got to the deceitful checkout and customer service experience). **What do you dislike about QRCG?** I used them for a project, it was not nearly as clear as it should have been that my QR code would deactivate after a few days. When I realized this (too late), I went to purchase a 1 month subscription, only to find I was billed annually, another thing that wasn't nearly as clear as it should have been doing checkout. This is a company that clearly tries to convert paid users by obscuring their pricing and policies. When I reached out to customer support, they refused to downgrade me to a monthly plan, issue a refund, or make any exception whatsoever. There are a lot of QR code generators out there, I strongly recommend you choose another option and do not bother with any of the free or paid services from this company. It's not a place that cares about their customers. **What problems is QRCG solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a QR code quickly and inexpensively.
