Sounded great on paper until we set up the features we wanted and then found out after paying for the "Pro" plan that we needed the "Enterprise" plan to get the White label features. Ok, we get the green light and then we can't even make contact except for some crappy AI chat bot that is completely worthless and wastes our time. We already paid and we get emails telling us to upgrade! What is going on here? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find QR Code Generator Pro easy to use with its clean, minimalist website that fits my needs perfectly. I also like the interesting information it provides, such as seeing how many people viewed my QR Codes and where in the world they were accessed. I mainly use QR Code Generator Pro for PDFs, and the limit of 250 QR codes in my subscription isn't enough. Because of this, I've had to reevaluate my internal processes, which isn't as interesting for the team. It makes me go back now and then to delete or pause QR codes so I can use more again. It’s frustrating that the system sometimes crashes while I’m creating a QR code, and then I have to start over. Also, it would be cool to be able to embed three letters into the QR code so the QR code actually has visible letters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate the dynamic QR code option which allows me to advance on certain aspects of my work with the confidence that the redirect link can be modified at any time. Additionally, access to data such as scan tracking is very important to me to assess the level of usage of the QR codes I generate. I like the ability to change the URL dynamically so that the QR code can stay the same while the URL changes. This feature helps us to be more flexible, as it allows for edits to be made to the URL or changes such as UTM updates without needing to replace the QR code.
