What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I like using QQCatalyst for customer management as it helps me connect with my client base efficiently. I really appreciate the text option to connect with clients who are too busy for phone calls. The initial setup was simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

I have an issue with Accord forms in QQCatalyst. We need the ability to update the years in bulk to increase efficiency, which would save agencies hours of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I like QQCatalyst for the upkeep of files, as it provides a place for documentation, collecting files, sending emails, and managing claims information for our agency. What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I generally like all the functions it has, it's a very large and extensive system, honestly all the functions are spectacular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

I don't like the new way reports are run. Previously, I could run several reports at once, and now I have to do one at a time. I would also like more functions in the commission percentage options depending on the line of business and the coverages in personal auto companies, as the policies are paid at different percentages. For example, if the policy is:

- No proof of prior auto insurance - ??%

- Personal Auto Customer has proof of prior insurance, no lapse in coverage, and earns the Continuous Insurance Discount - ??%

- Safe driver + Homeowner Customer has proof of prior insurance, no lapse in coverage, and earns Continuous Insurance, Homeowner, and 3-Year Safe Driver discounts - ??%

I think this would help make reconciliation more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
