It has to be done manually, and that's very tedious. The task feature is fantastic, and the whole system itself is very, very good. I also really appreciate its ease of use. I've used other systems like Epic and AMS 360 in the past, and I actually prefer QQCatalyst over those. It's very helpful and useful for both personal and commercial lines, despite some misconceptions. Everyone in our company loves it, and other professionals in the industry find it useful too. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** I think that the folder option could be updated to be more specific to the opportunity or policy rather than universal throughout the account. It's a bit of a hassle when a folder is the same across all policies, even if it's not relevant. Also, when making agency billing accounts with installments, it lacks a feature to determine that it's agency billed, automatically assuming full payment is required. The search functionality is poor, making it really difficult sometimes to search for things when you spell the name and capitalize the letter, not capitalize the letter. You should be able to create template acord forms that you can start with instead of starting from scratch every time. There needs to be AI integrated with QQCatalyst by now. I also like that you can enter a ton of information about each client, including both personal and commercial customers. I love that there are tabs for each customer shell, so we can click through the customer info, the policy info, the notes, the files, etc. It allows for really clear organization of each customer's information and enables various agents to work with clients from different locations, making notes about what we've done. This way, a customer can call in or email us, and I can look in their QQ shell to see exactly what another agent in another location did the last time they interacted with this customer. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** I wish that the reporting was better. I wish that I could create more - and better - reports. I know a lot about databases and I know how to create reports and get exactly what I need out of databases - so it's a little frustrating to me to know that the information exists in QQCatalyst, and not be able to pull it out. I also wish that there were a better way to track payments and a better way to sync emails with QQCatalyst. It is very clunky and awkward to bring emails into QQCatalyst and I wish it was smoother and easier. The integration between QQCatalyst and PL Rater could be better. Right now to bring customer information over, the customer has to have an existing policy. I wish we could bridge customer info to PL for a new policy without entering information twice. Also, I wish home & auto could be bridged together at the same time into PL Rater for a bundle quote. **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use QQCatalyst to store and manage all my insurance customers and their policies.
