Payments, communications (texting, emails, etc.), policy documents, customer information. Everything is in ONE spot. It's easy to use daily and the features are endless. Integration is simple. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** The only thing that I dislike about QQCatalyst is that they just recently did an update that makes you download reports instead of them just popping up like they used to do. It added in a few unnecessary steps to closing out for the day. **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** QQCatalyst handles all of our office needs on one screen. Our efficiency has increased and we can focus on growth through cross-sell marketing. They are open to discussion and continue to improve. QQCatalyst is the foundation of our agency. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** Like most technology, it occasionally fails to work; however, we experience minimal downtime compared to other tech companies. I don't like the QB integration. The downloads deserve an A+ grade, but I don't like that it downloads intents to cancel but doesn't automatically remove them when the insurance company does. **Recommendations to others considering QQCatalyst:** When switching know that 100% of your data does not transfer and you will need to set aside 40+ hours to manually update customer data and commission info. **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are better able to identify opportunities for growth using the widgets on the dashboard that prompt us for upcoming cross selling as well as identifying our top lines of business and our referral sources. The reporting features enable us to understand our financial outlook as well as engage with our clients. I can have several tabs open and be able to go from my Mailroom to the Salesroom to the Dashboard and then to a customer profile easily. The second best thing about QQCatalyst is their support staff. They are absolutely AMAZING!!! I apreciate how the service reps are very friendly and knowlegable. I trust that when I call for help, they will show me a work around (I dont call for difficulty in product, usually just to help me detail a report to run). Between the raters and always changing to meet up with the times, and new features added to the Catalyst - it gets more user friendly by the day. I am a daily user of this product in our insurance agency. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** I would like to see a property list. I also seem to have a hard time managing downloads when they dont match for any variety of reasons. **Recommendations to others considering QQCatalyst:** n/a **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** The auto seems to be user friendly. I used another management system and this is very easy to navigate and the videos will help with what you don't know. I use QQ everyday and find it helpful to do my job well. Customer support is helpful. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** The downside of QQ would be that sometimes it will erase information when the polices download. Like on of our accounts it will delete the drivers.
