**What do you like best about Performance Management?**

It allows management and employees to review progress, or lack thereof, and give honest feedback, positive or negative, which can then be used to improve performance.It is also a tool that helps identify talent/top performers.

**What do you dislike about Performance Management?**

Due to a lack of complete understanding of performance management, managers with big teams may tend to feel it is time-consuming. They may feel they are already stretched and do not have enough time to spend with each team member.
Managers need to realize and see the benefit of having Performance management as a tool to help them manage their teams performance.

**What problems is Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees will see that they are being evaluated fairly, and through the performance management review identify areas that need improvement and opportunities for development
