**What do you like best about QorusDocs?**

The AI functionality is very well thought out.  There are many pre-baked AI skills in the platform — for example, the ability to read an RFP and auto-create a first draft response based on the material in your library. Even better, the skills can be embedded into a pitch template, so that even a first draft comes out looking fully formatted.

**What do you dislike about QorusDocs?**

It’s very powerful software, and with power comes complexity.  I believe you need someone very technically savvy in your org to take ownership of the app. The QD support team is great, but ultimately you need configuration knowledge in house to take full advantage of it. The app is not plug-and-play and will challenge organizations that are not prepared to adopt standardized processes.

**What problems is QorusDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Variable quality of RFP and pitch responses; too much time spent by business developers on proposal responses.

**What do you like best about QorusDocs?**

The hability to customize QorusDocs to match our CRM system is very helpful. I also like the time we save when setting up an opportunity. QorusDOcs creates templates and folder in SharePoint in seconds. The custumer support is very good. They are knolegbla, fast to answer and so helpful.

**What do you dislike about QorusDocs?**

The dashboard is limited to 10 pursuits, so we can't see the big picture or use the dashborad to track the pursuits.

It's saving time in setting up opportunities, content search and creation.

**What do you like best about QorusDocs?**

The fact that it's backend is based on O365 makes it so much more pliable with an organization that has O365 as its ubiquitous day-to-day system. QorusDocs allows you to set up everything to be fluid with existing workflows and minimize disruption to the way your people are used to working (assuming they are used to the Micorsoft suite)

**What do you dislike about QorusDocs?**

One of the more difficult aspects has been the need to deal with our internal IT to grant things like permissions for the approvals system that uses PowerAutomate. But I consider this a minor hurdle in the grand scheme of things, far outweighed by the flexibility of the platform, and is also more an issue with the complexity of our internal IT.

**What problems is QorusDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to establish a single source of truth for our proposal content, RFP repsonses, with governance that is sustainable. Other platforms that lock everything behind a license for all potential users are totally impractical when we have thousands of users who need to update content but will otherwise never need a license and we cannot ask them to learn a rigid new process to provide updates. Qorus eliminates these issuse for us by being more open-ended and leveraging standard Microsoft Office functionality

**What do you like best about QorusDocs?**

It saves my team so much time when responding to bids because creating pursuits happen faster, the search retrieval process is accurate, customization happens automatically, and task management is no longer manual. I LOVED the well-laid out implementation and training process my team had with Qorus and the continued customer support we get. With SharePoint as the backbone and its availability in all MS applications, Qorus fits into our daily lives so perfectly and seamlessly allowing us to use it all the time.

**What do you dislike about QorusDocs?**

Nothing significant to report so far we have come across.

**What problems is QorusDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-- Automating many of the manual tasks such as creating a customized response framework and managing tasks in a bid to free up the team to spend more time working on the response itself.  It alleviates the stress of workload volume challenges teams often experience. 
-- Searches retrieval being accurate and fast saves us time and headache as we used to spend time and energy chasing our tail looking for things we knew we had but could not find.
-- Content management used to be a painful process as we had so much information in so many formats and we could not track duplications or outdated data.  Qorus is helping us clean it up and manage it via automation, expiry dates, ownership assignments etc.
-- Before Qorus, Sales could not generate bids on their own if the bid team could not assist.  However now, they are enabled to create customized response frameworks without needing to dig through their desktop or One Drive and repurposing an old potentially outdated bid.  They can further customize and find up-to-date relevant responses easily.
-- Due to various individuals working on various responses on and off templates, there was a lack of consistency.  But Qorus pursuit creation allows a consistent on-brand framework to be created leveraging the latest approved templates and fresh content every time.
-- We used to use collaboration challenges. Tasks were distributed on Teams, Emails, via Excel, and manually tracked. Ownership fell on the persuit owner who was already burdened with many other tasks.  Qorus task management process takes care of this problem allowing us to spend less energy on such manual processes.
-- Lack of use was another problem.  If Sales is not regularly educated on which SP fold what information sits in including shell docs, they simply would not use the info bid team has worked so hard to create and maintain.  Now Qorus being in all MS applications is readily available, Sales can use it more frequently.

Love the ease of use of integrating several parts of business into the requests. It also allows for allocating the team members to complete each step through to completion.

Customer support team have been really onto it with any queries raised.

**What do you like best about QorusDocs?**

I like that we can house everything in one convienent place, that also speaks to the SharePoint side. From an admin/site management stance, once you learn a process, it is relatively easy to learn, retain and incorporate processes.

**What do you dislike about QorusDocs?**

At times, the relationship between QorusDocs and SharePoint libraries can feel clunky and incohesive. I would love to see the two sides work better together.

**What problems is QorusDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Qorus team recently worked diligently to create and assist in implementing 10+ new PowerBI workflows. While the workflows have had some bumps since rollout (largely due to Microsoft's setup), overall, the workflows work immensely better than our prior workflows. Many SMEs seem to grasp the review process better with the Teams incorporation. We rely heavily on these workflows for maintaining our document libraries, so this is a big win.

It's a relatively streamlined process to use for our BD team. Support team is responsive subsequent to ticket submission.

**What do you dislike about QorusDocs?**

The template modification and data set process can be tedious and there were issues with international sizing standard when it came to the .doc or .ppt. The UI could use an overhaul as well.

Consolidating all of our materials into one deck is the main function. Otherwise, it would take substantial time to format and add all practice descriptions, experience and biographies into a document.

We haven't found a downside yet.   Maybe getting Sales to use it, but that's our problem ;-)

The initial account setup requires support from sales team. I am editing this review as I have not heard back anything from the sales team yet. I am not happy with onboarding process

QorusDocs has the capability to reduce the dependencies we have with technical consultants and subject matter experts. They can use their time in other priority task without we having to compromise our quality with proposals we submit

I love that QorusDocs built a beautiful template for our proposals and are ready to help with any questions!

**What do you dislike about QorusDocs?**

QorusDocs is still working out a few kinks in the system. The engineering team is always working to make the software better.

**What problems is QorusDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team is busy with not only securing new clients but also managing existing clients. We were using a word template with no control over the version. Now, the sales team can control the proposal process. QorusDocs also allowed our team to reduce the proposal creation time from 2 hours to 30 mintues.

QorusDocs is great because 
- allows me and my team to create standardized bid environments
- allows me and my team to easily (just "Clip")  content and save it for easy reuse
- allows me and my team to reuse existing content for new tenders
- we can search for content easily (accross multiple libraries in different languages if necessary)
- it allows to create and manage standardized templates for e.g. word
- easy access management of users
- it integrates directly in our existing SharePoint environment and allows full access to standardized Sharepoint functionality (e.g. working together on documents, Versions, etc.)
- Very helpful Customer Success Managers

All in all It is a very large improvement to our former solution (search in old documents) and also a large improvment to a standard Sharepoint environment. Its easy to use (when you have setup everything)

**What do you dislike about QorusDocs?**

- What I am missing is a bid planing tool) that is integrated in the solution .
- You must be aware that it will take time and effort to create a qorus solution because it is really tailored to your needs - and you must understand your needs very well so that QorusDocs can create the perfect solution for your company.

**What problems is QorusDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings as a central colloboration plattform that is based on sharepoint.
It allows us to centrally store "canned content" for reuse.
Very fast creation of a rough tender documents (from templates).
Content can be collected very fast from canned contend (wonderful search functionality)

The functionality is extremely intuitive and makes document/proposal creation much easier for anyone using Qorus, from beginner to expert.

There are some bugs that occasionally come up, but that happens in testing, and they are quickly resolved in a matter of hours.

They're getting our people back a lot of time they had previously spent formatting documents and building proposals. It has been a big time-saver.

We have a pretty small team and a majority of our bids depends on our bid manager remembering little details and rewriting bullet points. Qorusdocs is the first product of this type I've used and I'm excited for its possibilities.

There's a learning curve but our Qorusdocs rep has been remarkably helpful, and very energetic. The academy is a huge help on that front as well.

Creating Statements of Work for customer has never been easier. The whole presales process is transparent and the information regarding past projects are easy to retrieve. The support is very good and answering super quickly.

It crashes all the time so you have to refresh the page quite often. The document creation with some templates with many rules takes a lot of time.

I like how Qorus as a software allows the users to be collaborate. With our firm, we are located in different parts of the world, so this is very useful for us with building pitches. I also like  the support we receive from the Qorus team especially when we need to work on improving our internal processes using the tool. The support team is extremly helpful.

I understand that there are newer versions of the tool that would help us in improving our process. So far, the version that we have is sometimes lacking with what the business is asking from us. I look forward to continue working with the team to further develop the tool that we have.

They have been rolling out updates more frequently than I remember, but this has introduced bugs in the system's normal operation, which has been a source of frustration for our team. We've had to submit multiple support tickets, which are taking longer and longer to resolve.

The more you use the Qorus is, the more you see the value of the platform. The best thing is the reporting with Power BI all the activities on Qorus.

The customization from the back-end is not yet enabled; you use what you get. Though Qorus is actively updating the platform, it lacks customizability.

If you want a content management system with a cherry on top of automation, I highly recommend that you give Qorus a chance. The more I pitch the product with my manager to other colleagues, the more I see that this tool is a game change to reduce the response time and effectiveness across the organization.

**What do you like best about QorusDocs?**

I found that people do not want to struggle when it comes to using new features or packages. 

The level of integration into SharePoint Online and O365 office packages is excellent. The fact that it works from the office environment and is not a standalone product makes adoption by users so much easier.

**What do you dislike about QorusDocs?**

There is always room for improvement and the ideas I have were welcomed by the Qorus UI/UX team and have been placed into the future roadmap.

**Recommendations to others considering QorusDocs:**

There is no doubt about the value which Qorus brings to the work environment. Go to the learning pages and case studies to see what others have done.

Traditional administrative work and sales processes are about 90% repetitive. What we are striving to achieve is to reduce this repetitive work, creating more time and space to think about what we are offering the customer.

By reducing the repetitive work, benefits not only our customers but also create a more favorable sales team.
