Eg. the Help text feature is missing, the folder structure view, the filtration view. Even after 1 year of promoting the tool, many challenges keep coming up and the user does not find it comfortable to use. E.g. Recently received support from the Qorus team where I had an issue regarding seeing content assets from multiple campaigns - within a few hours we had a screen-sharing session with their team and got everything resolved. The button action in question wasn't obvious, however the team had a great speedy response in order to assist. Prior to starting the set-up process, carryout a scooping sessions to clearly identify what you want to achieve, what the risks are, what software and IT support you need in place before you onboard this software. Make sure there is a clear and detailed project plan that captures timeframes, milestone and risks. A selling point for us was how it was cloud-based yet using our own Office 365 solution and storage. We control the data, it is not hosted on a third party website, which also simplified Vendor Risk Mgmt. The user experience was definitely at the center stage for Qorus. The tool is intuitive for users and does not require complex training like other CMS we have evaluated. Yet it allows for complex proposal writing and automation to respond to questionnaires. Also includes modern features such as collaboration with others, internal rating of content, feedback to the Admin and much more. Particularly like the fact that it allows to send a URL in lieu of an attachment which then gives back information to the sender once recipient has opened it. API ready, integrated with Dynamics, SFDC and then some. **What do you dislike about QorusDocs?** Management of users and user rights through Active Directory is a little dense but I believe this is a point Qorus is working on simplifying. **What problems is QorusDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qorus is allowing us to have validated content at the fingertips of our sales people. Also allows us to create template-like forms to generate boiler-plate information in a very detailed fashion, yet administration of the same is rendered very easy. Also offers very granular metrics capabilities through OData, which finally gives us the visibility we wanted on how is our content used, by whom, how often, how relevant and so on. ### 22. We had tested several other competing software packages, but Breeze really hit everything we were looking for, and was terribly easy to use.
