I like that we can house everything in one convienent place, that also speaks to the SharePoint side. What do you dislike about QorusDocs? At times, the relationship between QorusDocs and SharePoint libraries can feel clunky and incohesive. I would love to see the two sides work better together. The Qorus team recently worked diligently to create and assist in implementing 10+ new PowerBI workflows. While the workflows have had some bumps since rollout (largely due to Microsoft's setup), overall, the workflows work immensely better than our prior workflows. Many SMEs seem to grasp the review process better with the Teams incorporation. We rely heavily on these workflows for maintaining our document libraries, so this is a big win. Currently, we offer the ability to do keyword and filter searches across Auto Answer libraries, as well as the ability to narrow down content by the last modified date. Enabling search filters on your FAQ library may be a good next step for making it easier for your team to find the content they need. We understand the importance of being able to reorder content and will take this suggestion into account as we seek to continuously enhance our RFP solutions.
