The Fact all the different types of contents can be stored in one place. This wasn't a facility in my previous proposal management software. On a long term it saves time. That was better in my previous proposal management software. The first line or heading of the content can be placed as the name of the content file, that way typing a few words from the content's first line or the heading should show the desired results.
