Live editing with peers is essential, but Docs and other apps do that better. Content control is helpul in Qorus, and the Knowledge Point is an okay feature, if slower to load than just pulling up a source doc. Good support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about QorusDocs? Slow, buggy, requires tons of logging in, restarting, etc. Doesn't process images or formatting well in Word. Seemingly constant issues with SSO. Trying to use as CMS and shared doc editor, but not sure this is any better (time, money, or effort-to-quality-wise) than other options. May be better to use one or more alternatives, to be honest. There are no current issues reported with the SSO functionality, and your explanation of repeated logging-in is not an expected experience. We ask that you please submit a ticket with our Support team so that we can work with your IT support and solve your sign-in obstacles. We are happy to report that the platform you are on does also work with Chrome, and the QorusDocs platform (our latest proposal management subscription) can be used across all common browsers. We would appreciate the opportunity to understand more about your current situation. We would like to directly address any issues or lacking functionality that you are experiencing - and are keen to provide you with a better experience.
