It is a great initiative for learning and development and what’s more important is with normal Mentor to Mentee learning, it also made reverse mentoring very easy i.e., from Mentee to Mentor training. Qooper is an all-in-one app that makes the mentorship process seamless. I like being able to schedule meetings, track goals, and use the chat feature. The group forum option is great too.
