What do you like best about Qooper?

I love that Qooper is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It's intuitive to being organized with its 'how-tos/tutorials', milestones, and tracking. Scheduling, profiles, email, and everything in between is easy to manage. The dashboard is clear to understand and helps me know what to do next within the tool, whether it's logging, scheduling, or documenting an event. I'm very, very pleased with how it gently nudges users who have several things going on, making it easy-peasy to manage tasks. The initial setup was easy too. What do you dislike about Qooper?

There was a strange event where every time a participant commented, everyone was sent an email—and there were many. I believe that was more user error in setting up the tool versus Qooper's functionality. It was fixed quickly by the Qooper team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qooper?

I find Qooper easy to use, which makes it simple for me to input my goals and share them with my mentor for discussion during our meetings. The platform helps me build a relationship with my mentor and allows me to see a more clear career path for my career development. I also appreciate that the categories are organized clearly and are easy to access. The initial setup was easy, which made getting started smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qooper?

Meeting schedule can be improved to some extent. For example, I scheduled one meeting using Teams but I cannot input that meeting to Qooper as a record. If we can use Teams in the Qooper platform to schedule meetings it will be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish Qooper had a way for me to message directly with the mentee. While we did exchange contact information, he is a refugee and for whatever reason seems to be better at communicating via Qooper than text or email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qooper?

I use Qooper for my mentoring sessions and it has been working great for me. I like the simple UI which makes it easier to navigate through the available features, and overall the user experience is great. I appreciate the ability to search for a mentor to help with career goals and access to discussion posts from other members. I can join groups and access a lot of learning materials. The chat section is particularly useful for communication with mentors, with separate sections for chat, meetings, and attachments, which I find to be fantastic, given my preference for organization. Setting up Qooper was easier than expected, which is another plus. I would rate it 10 out of 10 due to its simplicity and organized sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qooper?

I like that Qooper maintains all participants for the last 5 years, keeps metrics of the program and participants, offers online learning, groups, and connects to MS Teams. The integration features make administrators' jobs easier, save us time, and help us be more efficient. I appreciate the professional staff providing exceptional customer service that's always available, courteous, and knowledgeable about the platform. Additionally, it works with UKG, which is helpful. What do you like best about Qooper?

I really appreciate how integrated Qooper is. It makes sharing or receiving resources extremely easy, and the automatic addition to my Google Calendar is a huge benefit, especially during busy periods. I also find coordinating schedules for meetings very easy since it syncs both Google Calendar and Zoom. Plus, the technology is quite easy to navigate. What do you like best about Qooper?

I enjoy the ease of connecting with my mentee using the chat feature in Qooper. This feature allows for easy access and triggers email notifications to my work email, which sets both myself and my mentee up for success and leaves little room for not engaging with each other. The chat also cuts down on the potential of back-and-forth emails as I can send multiple messages back to back in one screen. I'm also looking forward to scheduling my first meeting using the meeting section.
