I like the ability to do everything myself without having to call customer service for every little operation. I love the interface which is very intuitive, fast, both on computer and phone. As well as the security principle that automatically logs out as soon as you close the application. And the quick interfacing with other applications, especially accounting, which saves a considerable amount of time. Paying invoices, recording expense reports is super fast, you just need to take a photo or upload an invoice, and it's almost automatic. The customer service is quick and efficient. The dashboard is also very clear. **What do you dislike about Qonto?** What is missing today in Qonto is the ability to deposit cash, as this can sometimes happen. And what would be great is to have a payment link to be able to offer it directly on our sales pages. **What problems is Qonto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qonto alerts me of any incoming or outgoing movement. No need to log in every 2 minutes to check my accounts. Every single deposit or payment is sent to my accounting app automatically, so I don't have to worry about it. Having had several professional banks, they are all extremely complex to use with archaic processes. Qonto does things clearly and simply as one would expect from a platform in the 21st century. The platform is so good that despite our obligation to have a "traditional" bank for financial product reasons, we conduct all our operations via Qonto. Moreover, they regularly add relevant and useful features for business, like recently with invoicing, which allows for anticipating the obligation of regulatory compliance. **What do you dislike about Qonto?** The only downside to Qonto is that it is not a "traditional" bank and therefore does not offer conventional financial products: capital increase account > €1M, bank loans, term deposits, etc. but I think that will happen one day! **What problems is Qonto solving and how is that benefiting you?** To pay and record invoices, Qonto is the essential tool.
