Many features can be activated with a simple click and all is fast. I use the app Qonto many times a week to review the position of the account. **What do you dislike about Qonto?** nothing at the moment. I think that Qonto is one of the best app on the market. But... the customer support was unable to help me several times: in the end, I gave up using customer care. **What problems is Qonto solving and how is that benefiting you?** The first problem it solved for me was opening a current account (mandatory in Italy) connected to my company. The second problem solved was the reconciliation of bank statements and balances for company accounting. Finally, the ease of use and the numerous features of the Qonto app. ### 2. I can manage the level of expenses that is authorized for each person and follow how much they have spent. It was super easy to create new cards. **What do you dislike about Qonto?** Other options such as Jeeves in Colombia or Payhawk in Spain were able to give us a better deal (e.g. cashback and lower price).
