The analytics are really weak, and the generated rules are unintuitive. There's also a lack of support, customization, and it's unable to connect to repositories for context. The initial setup was not great; it took the wrong email from GitHub and I was never able to change it. Other team members who joined through GitHub faced different issues connecting to the team.
