I love the interface and the helpful dashboard that reminds you daily of tasks related to you. Quality Manual is editable and free to use - easy to use. Custom templates, notifications, automation, risk, etc., are ideal for small and medium-sized companies. The technical support answers all our questions quickly and accurately, and if we need additional explanation, they will be happy to schedule a video training for us. We can't create documents in qmsWrapper. We can upload, but not make it directly in the software. Also, it is not easy to find a specific file in Document Management, because you have to know which project, issue, ... too many "folders" and "subfolders". Other functionalities of Document Management are excellent (approval, shared link, tags, etc.). I think they should work more on Document Management features. When you create an Approval workflow, you can't change it if you have already used it but are not currently in use. Also, if I add or delete a tag in a document of the issue or issue, the "Activity" is not recording that data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

qmsWrapper has made tracking and finding all of our documentation much easier. The SOPs that qmsWrapper provides suit us quite well; before using the process, we had small changes and everything was prepared quickly. Also, I would mention the Traceability Matrix, as one of the main features of our team. I don't like the number of software bugs I've found so far. The good side is that the support responds on time and the errors are solved quickly. It's quite annoying to wait 2 minutes for a page to load, and then it "crashes". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
