I like the fact that we organize jobs according to projects that we define ourselves. We create our own projects (by department, type of work, etc.), and determine who will be part of each project, and what types of tasks will be managed within these projects. This is beneficial, as each employee can focus solely on tracking their own projects in which they participate. The integration between the modules is highly useful and functions seamlessly. Very useful software, especially for QMS managers, but also for all other employees in the company. I access data about the current situation in the company very easily and quickly, I create reports in a few seconds, and managing documents is very easy with tags. I could list all the functionalities that make our work easier, I am very satisfied with the way we work now. By choosing this software, we saved a lot of money, and the team became more productive. qmsWrapper makes workflows easy to manage. I really like change control, automatically recorded data, and flexibility. You can create as many projects as you want, regardless of whether they are QMS related or not. You get the process templates free (ISO 13485, ISO 14971), and you only need to adapt them to your company. The same applies to forms used as "tasks". They are great if you need reports on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis. There are many features I would like to highlight, but this is it for now. We were using a qms software that was bulky and hard to navigate, qmsWrapper can be small but it can scale up as you're growing. We are fully satisfied with the Document Management feature, it is comprehensive, and all the most used tasks are made simple and automated, such as approvals, version control, revisions, etc. My other favorite is the Traceability Matrix, I already see that this will save us a lot of time over the upcoming years.
