somewhat simple design. i like the idea that people can be held accountable for their work but any good test case management would perform the same task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- somewhat simple design but hard to navigate and find features
- some tasks such as adding or updating new platforms is somewhat confusing and difficult to perform
- uploading attachments never worked for anyone
- generating reports is not very intuitive and somewhat restrictive
- i personally hate it when the test cases are ordered by alphabetical order because it gets out of order when you view them. i'd always have to manually insert a number in front of my title so that it stays in order, but if i need to add additional test cases since i can't anticipate all test cases from beginning, it would mean i'd have to re number all the others again....
- anyone can modify the test cases, which includes the ability to delete test cases, but there is no log or ability to restore test cases
- there are a lot of features that most everyday user do not use
- certain simple tasks that don't need to be locked out from normal users can only be performed by admin users which causes delay
- changes by admin users don't take effect for a long time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
