The Kraken platform allows users to access machine learning without the steep learning curve of coding. In addition, it allows faster development of machine learning models. No need to return to the code and re-code everything, just obtain a new dataset and run it back through Kraken.

As of the time of writing this review, there is no option to tune model hyper-parameters which would be useful in tweaking the models.

I suppose that the absence of accessible code could also be a downside for some who prefer to deploy their own solutions or have complete and total control over their models. I haven't found anything currently. Been very helpful with solutions and ability to work with challenges of a larger organization and multiple business units/stake holders to achieve a common goal. The only thing I can say I have disliked is the time to go live, but that was directly related to our internal shift in leadership and objective that kind of created a moving target. Big Squid took this in stride and help shift focus very quickly. This has given us the opportunity to obtain smaller hidden objectives that we didn't know existed at the start of implementation.
