No frame of reference with other companies offering the same, so no comment there. **What do you dislike about Qlearsite?** Little to comment in this area; there have been issues in the past, but Qlearsite always keen to work with us to resolve. **What problems is Qlearsite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Qlearsite product is helping us to identify the areas across the Group that staff feel needs addressing, or where things are being done well, so can be replicated elsewhere. Our annual engagement survey (provided by Qlearsite) is not the sole feedback mechanism we use, but it can draw out views from staff that aren't aired elsewhere, or it can also re-inforce messages received via other channels. This ensures we are focussing on the areas that matter most to both business and it's employees. ### 2.
