QHero is the hotel package management platform for hotels, resorts and convention properties. It replaces paper logbooks and spreadsheets with one workflow for every guest package, parcel and group shipment that arrives at the hotel: scan, log, hand off and bill. When a package arrives, staff photograph the shipping label with a smartphone or tablet the hotel already owns. AI-powered OCR captures the recipient, tracking number and carrier, and logs them to the package record, so there is no manual data entry. Each package gets a storage location, so anyone on shift can find it in seconds. At pickup or room delivery, QHero records the handover with optional signature capture, giving the hotel a timestamped chain of custody that limits liability when a guest asks where a parcel is. It replaces the paper pass-on log between shifts, so the front desk, bell desk and loading dock work from the same package log. For conventions, trade shows, weddings and other groups, packages are attached to the group, and the group gets an email-accessible overview where it can view and add its shipments. Hotels set package handling fees by package type and bill them to the guest or group, turning receiving from a cost center into a revenue stream. Dashboards show what is stored, delivered and billed, with package aging so unclaimed items don't sit in the package room or end up in lost and found. Less front desk time per package helps labor per occupied room, and one consistent process helps properties meet brand standards. QHero is cloud-based, works on existing devices, integrates with Oracle OPERA Cloud and sets up in one day.
