What I like most is how QGenda prevents me from making mistakes when I am making a schedule. I heavily rely on all the features QGenda has that helps double-check my work.

Qgenda can be tailored to fit almost all of the Department's needs. If the administrators are in need of a change, Qgenda almost always has a solution. Qgenda can be a little cumberson when putting in a schedule initially. I am not sure how you could do it but if there is a way to copy and paste. I do like that you can do shifts over extended days but some things can just be combursome to delete or add. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can see whatever I want. I can change the views to see by staff, or tasks, by calendar view, or by a grid. I can create specific groups for specialty clinics or groups of people who perform the same procedures. There are endless ways I can customize the views specific to my program. It is so easy to see holes in the schedules now.

I also love seeing everything a provider is doing that day or that week. I can create tasks specific to my program. I can put conferences, specialty clinics, trips, vacations, notes for ending clinics early or covering for another provider. I can color-code each task to make it easier to see as well. Qgenda has been a game-changer for our office. It has created a seamless workflow between providers and administrative staff to easily document the days that a provider has requested off. It allows us to show them documentation of the request if ever there is a question. It also holds them accountable for finding call coverage before requesting the time off. Qgenda has been amazing and there really isn't anything aspect of it that we don't love. We have struggled occasionally with extending the schedule as our office has frequent changes (our fault, not Qgenda's) but our account representative is always there to help!
