QGenda has provided online schedule access to our physicians and advanced practitioners as well as all outside locations that need to know who is available to take care of patients in the 14 locations we serve. It integrates with Outlook so calendars are synched and overlaps don't occur. There is mobility, as well as a website that stays logged in so that end users can take advantage of looking at the schedule whenever needed. Changes in scheduling sometimes require assistance with a programmer to meet the complex algorithm, however the programmers are very knowledgeable and there are many self-service tools that may be referenced to update simple changes via self service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not anything that I dislike at this time. We are actually looking at the physician onboarding module and it seems very impressive. Because the service, product and accuracy of the product has been so good, I would look at any product they produce in the future and consider it if it works for this medical practice.
