"Collecting and Understanding Feedback More Effectively"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qeryz?

Understanding what visitors are looking for on a website feels much easier with Qeryz. It helps collect feedback directly from visitors instead of relying on assumptions, which makes website and content improvements more practical. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media. Qeryz helps me understand what information people are looking for when they visit health related pages and what topics they would like to learn more about. Earlier, it was difficult to gather this kind of feedback in a structured way, but with Qeryz it is much easier to collect responses and review visitor opinions.

The platform is easy to use and did not require a complicated setup. Getting started was straightforward, and creating surveys for feedback collection did not take much time. After spending a little time with it, creating surveys, collecting visitor feedback, and reviewing responses became quite straightforward. I like that website surveys, response tracking, visitor feedback, analytics, reporting, and feedback trends are available in one place. The survey targeting options are also useful because feedback can be collected from the right visitors at the right time. This helps me understand visitor interests more clearly and identify areas where health-related content can be improved.

Performance has been good during regular use. Creating surveys, reviewing responses, checking feedback trends, and analyzing visitor insights feels smooth and does not slow down my workflow. The number of features feels practical without being overwhelming. It includes website surveys, visitor insights, response tracking, analytics, reporting, feedback management, and targeting tools that support better decision-making. Overall, Qeryz helps me better understand visitor interests, improve content decisions, and collect feedback in a more organized way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qeryz?

I like the feedback data that Qeryz collects, but interpreting visitor responses still requires some manual review. The tool provides the information, but understanding the reason behind certain visitor behaviors can take additional analysis. This is especially true when visitors give short responses or when feedback patterns are not immediately obvious. Even so, the data is organized well and usually provides enough information to identify useful trends and areas for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great German Regulatory Compliance, Lacks Accounting-Focused Customization"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Qeryz?

Its pre-built German data protection settings are its biggest advantage. The intuitive survey creator lets me draft feedback forms for audit and tax clients quickly, and the localized German UI is easy to send out to domestic businesses. All responses are stored securely and export neatly to attach straight to audit documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qeryz?

There’s no native sync with our firm’s accounting system, requiring manual data imports for GoBD filing. No ready-made audit survey templates, limited tagging options, and laggy bulk exports force me to reclassify every client response in Excel. Initial setup also required me to manually tweak retention rules with no accounting-specific guides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Handy Portal Survey Tool for Trade Teams, But Missing Key Logistics Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Qeryz?

The website-triggered surveys are its biggest strength. I can show tailored questionnaires to clients and suppliers browsing our trade portal, then filter results by country or shipping route instantly. Clean export files simplify compiling evidence required for EU customs compliance audits and cut hours spent sorting old email survey spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qeryz?

It cannot sync directly with our customs logistics platform, forcing manual cross-checks between survey feedback and shipment logs. There are no ready-made survey templates built around EU import/export regulations, and multi-region partner reporting filters feel clunky to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Effective Real-Time Feedback and Micro-Surveys with Qeryz"
4/5
What do you like best about Qeryz?

Qeryz's best aspect is that its very simple and effective tools that help me in collecting real-time feedback directly from website visitors. It also allows businesses to deploy quick micro-surveys on their websites directly and to understand the user intent, behaviour and pain points. It is specifically used for marketing, product and by our UX design teams to optimise conversations and also improve user experience without any complex setups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qeryz?

The biggest limitation in this platform is its advanced analytics and reporting features compared to other customer experience platforms. For deeper data analytics or multi-channel feedback tracking, we need to rely and integrate on different tools which is not in this platform ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple survey option that helps during everyday QA work"
4/5
What do you like best about Qeryz?

Setup is quick. I can place a small survey on a test build without touching anything in the backend. Testers respond while they move through a feature, and the data shows up without delay. It runs reliably in different browsers, which helps during routine compatibility checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qeryz?

The reporting view feels limited. When several rounds of testing produce a large set of responses, sorting through them takes time. The tool does not offer much control over how results are grouped, so I end up exporting to a spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Surveys, But Needs More Question Types"
5/5
What do you like best about Qeryz?

I like Qeryz's super simple setup, especially for WordPress users with its one-click install feature. There's no need for coding headaches, and you can launch a survey in minutes. The initial setup is relatively simple and convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qeryz?

I don't like the very limited question types Qeryz supports. It only allows short, simple microsurveys and doesn't support ranking, matrix, open-ended text at length, or complex structured questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A survey program application"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qeryz?

We have now a very good survey program which help to analyse what kind of issue going on on the market by analysing the feedback received from different participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qeryz?

We do not rely on the reviews and feedback that received from the many participants in the feedback survey therefore it's better to make a very reliable policy for the participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
