I never feel like I'm being "nannied," but I also don't feel completely unaccountable. The interface isn't particularly intuitive, and it's also missing common (productive) for when you have inactivity. I had to manually add the option for "lunch," for example. I love that it tracks EVERYTHING I do on my computer - and with working with multiple clients everyday, it allows me to sort which projects by client that I work on. That there is not an easy way to add hours outside of being on the computer. I would love to be able to log hours AND write what it is for - like a phone call that I charge for.
