QBench makes tracking a sample from start to finish easy. When I want any information on a particular sample, I can look up the sample ID and find out when the sample was received and who sent it, details about sample preparation, how many times we have run the sample and any additional notes in relation to the sample, all in one place. Sometimes QBench can be very slow which makes it hard to upload large batches of data, which we frequently need to do at Trilogy. I like how there are different ways of achieving the the same outcome, it's allowed us to tailor different testing pipelines to our unique set-up.
