Qbench is a highly flexible LIMS that keeps all our lab data organzied on one platform. It is easy to navigate and allows us to customize different COAs. We added a few new assays this year. It's cloud-based and very configurable. We are able to map it to our workflow needs in lab. One of the best things is that it has configurable fields and worksheets so that we can standardize data entry in a variety of processes.

QBench can at times be overwhelming for new employees. It would be helpful if there were more configurable dashboards for certain staff so they just have a few icons to get around, rather a variety of menus.
