What do you dislike about QBank DAM? It was a bit difficult to use the filter in the backend at the beginning, but once we got the hang of it, it made searching much easier. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to grasp. We have managed to ramp up teams with almost no training. While it's easy, it's still very powerful thanks to mass editing capabilities and full administration features. Download templates save tons of time and are easy to setup. Perhaps the best part is that whenever we've needed help, Qbank support has been easy to reach and very quick to respond and resolve issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about QBank DAM? Workflow features are quite elementary but on the other hand keep things simple. Establishing new publishing channels (media portals) still require Qbank technical teams to be involved - having the ability to define new channel and portals with standardized UI components would be more appropriate in the 2020s. JM is one of the leading developers of housing and residential areas in the Nordic region, with offices in Sweden, Norway and Finland. We have about twenty employees who administer the images and about 2000 employees who then download them from the image bank in their daily work. Qbank works well for our organization. There are a lot of features that make QBank a great platform but I have found that the greatest benefit to the tool is the team at QBank. We have been working with them for about 2 years now and I have always been impressed with the responsiveness for support and help with any questions, improvements, and features. Having the ability to have a single source of truth for all of our assets regardless of where we publish them has been a significant improvement for our internal workflow. One file for our website, partner portal eCom, etc. We love the ability to link or associate assets with one another. Anytime we have had any issues with the platform the team is extremely responsive and often able to resolve very quickly. No real negative feedback to provide. We no longer need to manage assets in various locations reducing internal marketing time spent loading content on various sites and portals. Its a good DAM management platform. Easy to work with the assets, upload, enrich with metadata publish to channels and unpublish, replace assets.
