I was able to manage my tests better in qase platform. I have a huge shout out for their support. Whenever i pinged in the chat, within a minute, their support executives connected with me and helped to resolve the issues. This swift response impressed me. One more feature to point out was migration. I was able to easily migrate my testcases into Qase using csv.. so that i don't have to do double work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the features Qase has that set it apart from other similar products. When choosing a test case management tool I reviewed several others and Qase won by a mile. The simplicity of it really made it an easy win to be able to show others on the team how to use it, yet the features included prove this is a very powerful and effective tool. I've really enjoyed seeing Qase grow over the years. And dark mode, this is one of my favorite things about Qase! Your customer support is excellent as well. I use Qase every day at work and it definitely makes my job easier. Implementing Qase into our workflow and connecting to Jira has made it very important for our product workflow. There isn't really anything I dislike, but a few things I could suggest for improvements:

- If a test case has an ID that is more digits than the previous, the title of the case will be offset slightly so the lines don't align as nicely as they could

- Similarly to the previous suggestion, if a suite doesn't have any cases in it yet there will not be a checkbox to select all inside of it, which doesn't offset the title at all which makes the alignment of the suite below it look off

- When adding the jira integration ticket relation in the bulk edit, if you select a jira ticket from the dropdown it will continue to load, and the dropdown will open again usually right when I'm about to click the save button, this is annoying because the dropdown will cover the save button and I'll accidentally add a new jira ticket that I didn't intend to add

- It would be really awesome if the AI integration could also help with organizing the test suite, with many team members contributing it can be difficult to keep it organized especially with a large repository. Having help from AI would be nice here Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Qase to be very intuitive and easy to use. It has all the features that I deem necessary to aid with my work as QA and I could also connect it to my team's Jira which helps with the tracking of bugs. I really like that I can have users as viewers that don't take up seats and that I can share public reports with all my team. In addition, when I had a question related to data migration, the customer service team was super fast and helpful and I wasn't even a paid customer then. I use Qase several times a week to build my project's test suite and then more intensely at the end of sprints to run regressions and generate reports. It does all of this very well. There's not much to dislike, to be honest. I just ran into a minor inconvenience when I couldn't turn a step with children steps into a shared step, but it's possible I'm doing something wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration with GitHub CI

It would be good to have the same section for requirements, just like the test cases section, to be similar to Squash TM. I know that there is a requirement section in Qase, but the Export from Squash TM to Qase is good for test cases, but requirements are broken after import. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Something l don’t like about Qase is that when l try to delete a test case or test suite, it requires me to type the word CONFIRM in order to proceed. This process can be repetitive, especially when l am deleting multiple test cases or test suites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What truly distinguishes Qase.io is its exceptional customer support. Their technical team went above and beyond, providing hands-on assistance to ensure a smooth setup and seamless integration of Qase.io with our pipeline. They were especially helpful with debugging issues and offering tailored solutions to overcome the challenges we faced during the setup process, ensuring everything worked flawlessly in the end.

Another significant factor for us was the inclusion of read-only user roles. This feature made Qase.io a much more cost-effective solution compared to alternatives. Other tools suggested simply sending reports via email to stakeholders as a way to reduce costs. While Qase.io is an excellent tool overall, one challenge we faced was that it didn’t work out of the box with our Robot Framework in combination with CumulusCI due to conflicting dependencies. This required additional troubleshooting and configuration, unlike some other tools we’ve used, which integrated seamlessly right from the start. The one page overview with the quick creation makes it easy to create cases. Installation was done in less than 5 minutes. Support even though you first chat with AI, real agent stepped in and resolved my question precisely. We are already using Qase daily and will likely continue that way.
