What do you like best about Qase?
I've been using Qase for a while now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with it. As a test management tool, it offers an intuitive and organized way to handle test cases, manage test runs, and track progress, making it easier for teams to stay on top of quality assurance efforts.
The user interface is clean and simple to navigate, which reduces the learning curve for new users. It supports both manual and automated testing, and the ability to easily integrate with popular CI/CD tools like GitHub, GitLab, and Jira is a huge plus.
One feature that I really appreciate is the ability to turn manual test cases into automated ones. This is incredibly helpful for someone who's new to test automation. It makes the transition from manual testing to automation much smoother and more accessible, without needing to completely overhaul the workflow.
The ease of implementation has been another standout for me. Setting up Qase was quick and straightforward, with minimal effort required to integrate it into our existing workflows. The process was very smooth, making it a great choice for teams looking to start testing without a steep learning curve.
Customer support has also been excellent. Whenever I've had questions or needed assistance, the Qase team has been quick to respond and helpful in resolving issues. It's clear they care about their users' success and are dedicated to providing great service.
I use Qase regularly, and it has become a key part of our testing process. It helps ensure our projects stay on track and that everything is thoroughly tested. The frequency of use has only increased as we continue to scale our testing efforts.
Overall, Qase has made test management much more efficient and organized. It’s definitely a tool I would recommend for teams looking to streamline their testing processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Qase?
the add-on prices are tied to annual plans only, and this isn’t clearly mentioned on the website. It would be incredibly helpful if all pricing details, including add-on costs, were fully visible on the pricing page upfront. This transparency would save time and frustration, as users like me wouldn't have to switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan just to access certain features. More clarity in the pricing section would definitely improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
