Manually, everything is in its place and has a lot of nice organisation. For automated tasks, there are very easy plugin and play services to integrate with many frameworks. For those that do not exist, the api is very easy to navigate **Customization:** The customization available for test case creation is nice. We have many different projects with many different needs and use cases. Qase provides us a lot of customizable fields and tags etc which makes it easy to integrate to all projects **Storage:** As it stands, there seem to be no restrictions on storage/run amount. We have a lot of tests running in CI which pump the results directly in to Qase (thousands a month), all including various artifacts on failure. Not having to worry about a storage limit is a huge relief **What do you dislike about Qase?** **Filters:** There are a distinct lack of filters available on a test run level and on a test case level. eg: 1. TEST RUN - I have thousands of test runs (triggered by automation). I would like the ability to filter ONLY the test runs which contain failing tests. This is not possible :( 2. TEST CASE - Again, a lot of our test cases are populated automatically. Some of these test cases no longer exist in the code (eg: we deprecated an old feature and therefore removed the tests). I would like to have an option to filter these somehow. There is an available option for "last run date". This seems to correctly work for => but does not work for <. Resulting in me being unable to make a query for "Show me all test cases that were last run 1 month ago" **Dashboards** The dashboards do have some nice metrics. But all in all, a lot is lacking. Simply put, there needs to be a lot more options available out of the box as well as customization available for creating detailed dashboards and reports. This simply does not exist yet **What problems is Qase solving and how is that benefiting you?** It offers us a 1 stop shop. A lot of test case management tools ive used in the past seem to concentrate on manual OR automated. Qase offers both out of the box with ease. Meaning that we can easily use it to run through manual regressions of our customer facing projects as well as collecting various historical data about our automated tests ### 7. The price is slightly lower than the other services propose. I'd say it's a great example of quality over price - you pay less than other services ask and get more out of it. 2. Better UI/UX. Considering other solutions on the market, this one leaves a good impression when you use it, and you get what you need to be done without any second thoughts. 3. Responsive development team. I had a few issues throughout my journey with Qase, but all of them were fixed. Also, I appreciate the possibility to map test cases into execution test plans, as well as organizing the running in test runs in various configurations (using Configurations and Environments sets defined). Finally, but not least, the defect management module is very intuitive, the search function very good and reliable (dedicated filters, as well as general search field), possibility to export lists of defects etc. Qase is also a great collaborative tool for testing teams, making easy to set up fast the testing activities for a new project from scratch. **What do you dislike about Qase?** I would like to have a submenu for Defects in the Project settings panel with the possibility to add or to remove fields, including the possibility to define 'x' custom fields where x =max number (set by the Qase team), with possibility to edit the names of the user defined fields, and dropdown to choose the field type (eg: text, number, boolean etc). I would like to have a static field for the defect ID, to which I can reffer to other team members, and possibility to use defect ID in the filter and/or search text field. **What problems is Qase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qase is helping me set up an online collaborative test management environment for my projects and getting rid of test cases held in excel sheets and emailing defects with no tracking methods. ### 18. From how we create repositories to the moment of executing a battery of manual tests. Creating test repositories works great. The creation of each test case is excellent. We managed to apply several vital pieces of information, such as which layer the test is running, what type of test, Also, even if it is automated or not (which becomes a way of metrics, tests in the future, being able to put them in queues, tests that can be automated and also mark those that were automated). **What do you dislike about Qase?** One thing I don't like so much is the impossibility of moving folders in Qase Repository. When I clone the test case, the card link is cloned into the new test case. Less writing. More testing. * Share reports using the Express Runner. After testing all the test cases, I can share a report that is viewable by anyone I share the link to. This is super helpful if someone needs a quick glance on how UAT is going or how the current status of a story. The UI is clean, easy to learn, and easy to explore. **What do you dislike about Qase?** The only thing I dislike at the moment is that they don't have an integration with Shortcut (the Project Management tool we use).
