Qase is intuitive and feature-rich, making it ideal for my QA work. Integration with Jira simplifies bug tracking, and I appreciate the viewer role that doesn’t take up seats and the ability to share public reports. Customer service was fast and helpful, even when I wasn’t a paid user. I use Qase weekly to build test suites and run regressions at sprint’s end, and it handles everything seamlessly. For now, I'm using the free plan for several months. I've changed the project and also recommend Qase for the ease of implementation, integration with Jira. (Others plugins of tools must pay for the total users of the Jira intances intead of only the users that actually need) The customer support is really dedicated, I have scheduled a demo for a manager in order to review the paid plan, easy and answer all our questions. The product is convenient and intuitive to use, offering a wide range of useful features. I found the Gherkin mode particularly helpful, and my client appreciated it as well.
