Where being in an office always gave great opportunities for recognition Qarrot is an exceptionally impactful way for the new remote workforce to be noticed for great work! **What do you dislike about Qarrot?** The only downside I can notice about Qarrot is that we really don't know how to use Qarrot points well enough. I have heard that you would need a significant amount of them to spend on something impactful, but I don't believe this is an actual downside, as the recognition alone is what we look forward to on my team. **What problems is Qarrot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recognizing remote workers who don't usually have face time with their colleagues. In the past, when we all worked in offices, it was easy to be seen and rewarded for a great job. Nowadays, it is more difficult with many members not even in the same time zone as each other. There are many behind-the-scenes people in our company that can get recognition because we are using Qarrot. **What do you dislike about Qarrot?** There are a limited amount of "badges" that people can use in order to pass Qarrot points out to other employees. I wish there was a way to create a personalized badge to make sure that the proper recognition is getting used. **What problems is Qarrot solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me know that I'm doing a good job and can get appreciation or recognition from other people in the company that aren't able to express that on normal terms within our business days. The feed is a little bulky, and you can't see a lot at once, and it is easy for recognitions to get buried.
