Very well thought out and feature rich product **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Torkom P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2023 **What do you like best about Qara?** I love having multiple extensions and being able to manage all of them from a single app. Qara makes it very easy to manage ring groups, auto attendants, voicemail and personal hours. Call quality is also great with a phone interface very similar to my native phone interface. **What do you dislike about Qara?** Sometimes the speaker and headset options switch to a setting like airplay upon an initial call. It would be great to refine that feature a bit to make it more like the native phone interface. **What problems is Qara solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qara allows for us to have a business phone line with multiple extensions which all of our employees can use for communication.
