Qaptivo is an AI chatbot for private schools, training centres and vocational institutions. It answers prospective students' questions on the school's website using the institution's own content, and passes qualified leads to the admissions team. The assistant is grounded in a knowledge base built from the school's brochures, web pages or a full site crawl, and states when an answer is not available rather than generating one. It collects contact details during the conversation without a form, scores each lead from 0 to 100, and delivers them by email alert, CSV export, CRM webhook or the native Oscar Campus integration. Schools running several campuses can keep a separate knowledge base per site. Administrators control the system prompt and the knowledge base, and can review every conversation. Qaptivo is hosted in the EU and GDPR compliant.
