Qapla' is the software that simplifies eCommerce shipment management, optimizing the Delivery Experience. This centralised monitoring enables Customer Care to provide real-time assistance for every shipment. Additionally, Qapla' offers an advanced editor to fully customize Transactional Emails and Tracking Pages. Merchants can automatically send customer retention-focused communications, optimized through predictive analysis, generating new business opportunities.

**What do you like best about Qapla?**

I found it to be very convenient as it is like they provided a one-stop center to organize shipping. The initial setup of Qapla was very simple and got done in a few minutes. It easily synced with my online shop; the choice of labels was also great I liked it.

**What do you dislike about Qapla?**

The primary difficult I have had with Qapla is that there are delays in label most of the printing. This is very unhealthy for me as it interrupts my work often especially during the busiest times of the year in terms of shipping.

**What problems is Qapla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qapla helps me in managing my shipping by consolidating where labels and shipment information are located. It help me avoid jumping back and forth between various platforms.
