What do you like best about Qapita?

Qapita's comprehensive equity management capabilities are second to none. The ability to effortlessly track and manage our cap table, including tracking ownership percentages, vesting schedules, and equity dilution, has been invaluable. What do you dislike about Qapita?

What problems is Qapita solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qapita has solved our long-standing equity management challenges. Previously, tracking equity ownership, dilution, and ESOP details was a cumbersome and error-prone process. With Qapita, we now have a centralized platform that ensures accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in managing our cap table and employee stock option plans. "Love Equity Pay Slip! Dashboard is amazing. UI is good."

Qapita has automated the ESOPs for our company. We do not have to manually calculate the ESOP Expenses as the platform takes care of everything end to end.

We use Qapita for issuing Grant Letters to stakeholders and it takes care of acceptance, vesting calculation, etc.

Whenever there is a system update, it's a bit sudden and without enough heads up or notification, which may cause delay on our side's use or need to take time to get familiar with the system again.

Qapita has been instrumental in managing our entire ESOP pool — including record-keeping, grant issuance, and pool top-ups. The platform is easy to use and intuitive to understand. The bulk upload feature significantly streamlines our issuance cycle and saves valuable time. It’s also very helpful to have real-time visibility into our ESOP pool balance directly in the system, which enables better planning and projection management.
