It's not really a 'dislike' but I found the process of having to verify details separately on an Excel sheet in an email quite tiresome as this means whoever is verifying has to then check whether the Excel sheet matches the information on the Qapita dashboard. It's harder to track versioning too. Since the Qapita dashboard is and should be the single source of truth, I think there's an easier way to complete this process.
