Qapita helped us devise and implement our equity incentive plan, providing all the required documents per the compliance requirements. What I particularly like is the platform that allows employees granted options to log in and check their status, like how many options they have, if they have vested, and when they will vest. For a company like us that had never implemented an equity incentive plan before, starting from scratch, Qapita guided us on selecting the right parameters for the plan. Once the plan was ready, the implementation, via their platform, eliminated the need for us to maintain databases in spreadsheets or other programs, making the process seamless. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the Qapita team during setup, showcasing best practices, and they gave a detailed demo to help us understand the platform better. I did notice that when you're looking at the share price on the main dashboard, it's only got two decimals. Two decimal points, which is not great because in our case, we have four decimals in our share price. And we can't actually see the price because of that. I use Qapita for managing the cap table and ESOP grants as it replaces our manual worksheets and brings more accuracy, plus it's affordable. It's easy to use and the onboarding team is very helpful—they really do most of the heavy lifting. Qapita now helps us manage stakeholders effectively by providing visibility and control.
