With hassle-free service, they are saving a lot of time and with a smooth and easy to use interface and website, all the information that I need is easy to navigate. Reporting is smoother, compliance is stress-free, and our employees now have a much clearer understanding of their equity — which has boosted engagement significantly. The transition from ESOPDirect to Qapita was super smooth and quick! The main reason we adopted Qapita was to engage our employees and communicate the value of ESOPs.
