## Redzone Reviews
  ### 1. Redzone has proved invaluable to the QA Department

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larry B. | Quality Assurance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I have been involved with the implementation and use of a system similar to Redzone with a previous company. The Redzone implementation was far better than the other system. The system integrated easily and the coaches knew the product well. Our employees took grasp of Redzone better than I though they would. Working with our compliance coach was a joy. He fit in with our employees and management staff to where we consider him one of. He is part of the family at United Dairy Inc.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I have found nothing with Redzone that I do not like.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Redzone compliance module has solved the problems of missing paperwork, illegible writing and pencil whipping documents. I extremely like how Redzone assists in accountability for or quality checks. One problem that Redzone is benefitting the QA Department is through our product weight checks. The checks are more consistent and easier for our employees. Our coach, Tom Perkins, wired blue tooth cards into each of our scales and then programed the system so that the weights were taken, the values would populate directly into Redzone. That was very popular with our filler operators.

  ### 2. Exceptional Support and Real-Time Insights Transform Our Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe K. | Plant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

RedZone has opened up the lines of communication between the plant workers, maintenance and our management staff. The high level of professionalism, knowledge and the ongoing support from the RedZone team has minimized any of the doubts we have had with the change to how we've down operations in the past. Having additional information and even seeing the facts / issues we know we had but seeing it in real time has brought issues to light and made us address them in a more urgent manner. We are an older minded plant but the transition into using the technology was accepted due to it being handled and implemented in such away that is was not intimidating to the staff. There are always learning curves and bumps in the road but we feel confident it will be addressed and handled by the RedZone team.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

To be honest it has been a very positive experience and that is greatly contributed to our rep Tom Perkins. He stepped in when we had a passing of the baton in regards to our rep / trainer but he made it to be a smooth transition.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Within our production there are a lot of variables, RedZone is giving us a snapshot upfront and then allowing us to dig deeper into our efficiency issues that will lead to a stronger bottom line.

  ### 3. Real-Time Data and Insightful Dashboards Drive Performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lizbeth V. | Director of Operational Excellence, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

It has real-time data that can drive actions to improve performance
The dashboards are easy to understand and use
Every level of the organization has access to the same data, and this helps with alignment and communication
Our RedZone Coach, Reggie, has been instrumental in the implementation and has helped us learn more about the system capabilities while also identifying opportunities for our business.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The sensors used to track the data are very sensitive to our process and sometimes don't track the data correctly; therefore data is not accurate.
RZ Analytics can't be modified and Tableau is not so easy to use

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having real-time data to track progress and proactively identify opportunities
Visibility across different levels of the organization to drive action
Once it is fully implemented, we are aiming to increase productivity and use it for continuous improvement

  ### 4. Streamlined Operations with Barcode Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like moving from paper to online with QAD Redzone. It prompts the operator automatically for checks so they don't forget. Our coach Matt was great. It's great that you can scan barcodes for efficiency too.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I found the complexity with transferring paper-based forms into QAD Redzone challenging due to different people having different tasks on the same form, and having only one sign-off makes it hard to have both production and QA review as a final sign-off. I also face challenges in getting teams onboard with how and when to pull paper and discussing logistics of how many forms to launch, which lines to launch, and which areas, because of the large number and complexity of current forms.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find QAD Redzone helpful for moving quality compliance online, prompting operators automatically for checks, and scanning barcodes for efficiency. However, transferring paper forms is complex due to tasks overlap and single sign-off limitations for operators and QA.

  ### 5. Josh Brandley is a outstanding coach

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike S. | Director of Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Ease of use, it brings employee engagement, the coaching has been outstanding,

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Being apple based causes challenges, custom reporting is difficult as Tableau is the only option. Makes it diffiuclt if our organzation does not utlize tableau for any other applications.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing data that can be used for KPI's and continous improvment oppurtuintes and is increaseing employee engagement.

  ### 6. Maintenance Module is a Must-Have Redzone feature

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chuck H. | Maintenance Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone stands out for the reliability module. The operators can open work requests that can be approved into work orders. That increased exponentially how early we can catch problems. Senses also help us on diagonosing issues.

I also like the maintenance dashboard where we can see live status of line issues. And the maintenance Calendar where operators can see PMs planned for the month.

Having a coach is a must. Without our coach onsite, Caroline B. we would not be able to take full advantage of all features tailored to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

All good so far with the Redzone implementation.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous maintenance system did not really hit our needs as much as Redzone does now.
With centerlines we now have specific machine parameters for every Single product we run. That really changed the operators life, who before needed to rely on a CI person to print those off daily (and hope those were the correct settings).

With Breakdowns, we have a better management of our downtime events and reporting of what job was done.

Finally, with the CILs we have team members inspecting lines every shift and if anything fails, it creates automated work orders.

  ### 7. Streamlined OEE Tracking and Productivity Boost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I really like all the information tracking that QAD Redzone offers. It's great to be able to just pull up Redzone right on my iPad and see how the lines are doing. If there's an issue, I can figure out what it is and immediately attack it. We have constant huddles and meetings throughout the day, and Redzone lets us know if we're running a little bit behind on a line, which allows us to immediately formulate a game plan to get back on track. I also love that the people from Redzone were extremely helpful during setup. They provided on-site coaching, which was integral to getting the system going smoothly. This support made the learning process very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use QAD Redzone for OEE tracking, Kaizen events, and continuous process improvement. It helps identify startup issues, reduce downtime, and maximize uptime, providing a wealth of information daily. I can quickly see line performance and address issues, keeping us on track with constant updates.

  ### 8. Redzone shaped the culture of my factory

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carter W. | Operations Superintendent, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like how it changes and shapes the culture of my team. Since we started Redzone, it increased the sense of urgency and engagement of the operators specially towards breakdown events.

Deploying the productivity module mas not necessarily an easy task given the complexity of our line arrangement, but with the support of the coach Caroline Brunstein we were able to hit the ground running soon to establish a baseline OEE.

What had the greatest Impact so far were the kaizen events. One that stood out is our startup improvement. With Redzone we learned we were losing close to 20min of our power hour and we were able to remover 17min by changing things within our control.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

It mas dificult to get access to my equipment as it mas protected from the manufaturers. It mas not a Redzone issue per say, but I appreciate how the coach and project manager helped us navigate this issue with OEM

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to unlock capacity of our Cook Lines. Redzone helped us identify and realize those opportunities.
On top of that, it helped my team get better at analyzing data to identify top issues to quickly Address them

  ### 9. We not to 100% paperless with Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia H. | Quality Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Our paperless Journey has been nothing short of remarkable.
We started with more than 100 checks and bad less than 3 months to deactivate our old System. Redzone stood mas for how user-friendly it is and data analytics.

We were able to successfully tranfer the checks with less than 3 weeks. What I like the best mas our coach Caroline B who helped our team decretes the amount of missed checks from 43% to about 0.8%. The coaching makes the total difference.

Moving forward, given how much benefits the compliance module unlocked, we'r considering buying Learn to have our product manual transferes over.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone is Great, I have no complaints so far

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We thought we bad purchased Redzone because of the the analytics powehouse that it provides. But through the Journey we know now the biggest a-ha is the engagement with the frontline team and the Access to real-time data.

Our main goal mas to become paperless in 90 days and we were able to do it in 3 weeks, so it surrasse our expectativas

  ### 10. Redzone is Worth the investment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nestor F. | Continuous Improvement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

For a manufacturing or production environment looking to digitalise operations, improve data visibility, engage the floor staff, and move away from paper checks, Redzone is the best option.

You get real ROI (improved communication, faster audits, better shift handovers) , the investment pays off quickly

The coach, Caroline B., went above and Beyond to make sure it mas a smooth transiton. She also helped a not with the change management that mas needed with our Organization.

I also loved the reporting tools.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing. The transiton mas smooth.
I appreciate the coach's help on off weeks to make sure we were still on track.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an 10% uplift and with Redzone we were able to get even more than we anticipated!
What stands is what it did to our culture. the engagement we are getting from operator in unprecedented.

We were original just getting the productivity and compliance module, out decided to get all 4 after the Great results we saw.

  ### 11. Compliance Module

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kandace S. | Quality Food Safety Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Our facility recently completed the 90-day launch of Redzone Compliance Module and really appreciates what the module brings to the TEAm. The top few items that the Redzone Compliance Module improved at our facility are (1) visibility on missed and failed quality checks in real time, (2) reduction of paper waste, (3) ease in pulling data for audits, and (4) coaching for the first 90 days of launch which ensures effective use of the tool.
Before the Redzone Compliance module, we had many checks being completed by technicians on the floor every 15 minutes. Since all these checks were on paper, the only way a supervisor or a member of the quality TEAm would know if a check was missed or failed was if they were told by the technician or they walked out to the line and reviewed all the paper checks which is time consuming. In Redzone Compliance module, you can setup alerts or actions to different groups of people (e.g. supervisors, quality) when a check is missed or failed in real time which leads to more timely and effective solutions.
During the launch, we discovered that pulling the data from completed checks is significantly more efficient than pulling data from paper in an audit. We performed two mock audits during our first 90 days and found that all the data could be pulled within a few minutes in the system rather than having to dig for the right paper check to show an auditor.
The Redzone Compliance Module is able to hold complicated checks and trigger checks in a variety of ways. Since we already had the Redzone Productivity Module, we were able to not only trigger checks based on a specific date and time, but also when a specific downtime code is entered or run uptime.
The most important resource that Redzone offers to promote a successful Redzone Module launch is having a dedicated coach to assist with implementation of the module for the first 90 days. Our coach, Zach Thompson, met with a small TEAm onsite for four weeks leading up to the launch week to train us on how to enter checks in Redzone. During launch week, Zach trained all production and quality associates on how to complete a check, actively addressed issues we were having with the new checks, and trained the quality TEAm on how to pull the data from Redzone for auditing purposes. In later weeks, he created countless checks in the module, trained all departments onsite on how to complete a check, and went through the validation process with the Quality TEAm, clearly communicating what SOPs and other requirements that needed to be done to meet 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, often having templates associated with all documents we needed. This greatly reduced the time for the site to go paperless which was accomplished in 45 days after initial launch. Due to the preparation the site did upfront plus the coaching provided by Redzone, we were able to create 90%+ of the checks we intend to transition to Redzone within the first 90 days. This greatly reduces the resource commitment from the site after launch. I highly recommend the Redzone Compliance Module to any site that would like to have a more effective and visible quality system with significant launch support.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone only works with Apple devices, so the upfront cost is more than other systems.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Redzone, we had multitudes of paper. Taking paper away has really cleaned up the clipboards and notebooks in the lab. It is also so much easier in an audit to be able to pull it up on screen versus sifting through folders of paper.

  ### 12. Successfully Paperless with the Redzone Compliance Module!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeanne B. | Continuous Improvement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The only challenge with using Redzone is that it does require Apple devices, so Apple TVs do have to be purchased to show the information on a TV.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above, Redzone Compliance has allowed the site to go paperless on many quality checks and checks in other departments such as standard work and daily checklists.

  ### 13. Absolutely transformative for our operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie W. | Manufacturing Engineer III, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The user interface is intuitive, even for operators who are less tech-savvy — adoption was fast and smooth.

Real-time visibility into OEE, downtime events, and production performance has been a game changer. We can pinpoint bottlenecks and act almost immediately.

The communication tools built into Redzone have closed long-standing gaps between shifts, departments, and management. Everyone is aligned and better able to address issues as they arise.

The coaching and rollout support was exceptional. Our Redzone coach provided hands-on guidance, ensured follow-through, and helped embed best practices across teams.

The platform drives accountability. Frontline employees can see their impact, and management can reward progress transparently.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

That some of the built-in reporting can feel rigid; more customizable or dynamic graphs would be a welcomed enhancement.

Expanding support beyond iOS/iPad (into Windows or desktop interfaces) would broaden usability across all teams.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is solving the visibility and communication gap that has always existed between the production floor and leadership. Before Redzone, much of our performance data was delayed or buried in spreadsheets, making it difficult to act quickly or engage the team.

It felt like piloting a jet liner without any GPS or gauges. Could you imagine flying a plane in the fog or darkness without gauges to tell you your altitude, fuel level, or radar to show the mountain ahead? We're not actually flying a plane here (I don't even have my pilots license), but now we have real-time insight into downtime, efficiency, and quality metrics, allowing us to identify issues and implement countermeasures on the spot. AKA - avoid flying into the mountain or running out of fuel.

It’s also bridged communication across shifts and departments. Operators can log events, leave notes, and celebrate wins in one shared platform, so nothing gets lost between handoffs. That visibility has built accountability and ownership at every level.

Redzone has turned our data into action and our workforce into a unified team, driving improvements in productivity, quality, and morale all at once.

  ### 14. Streamlined QA Processes with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dana J.

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I find QAD Redzone to be an excellent software solution for our facility. It allows us to digitize and organize all our QA checks, turning them into meaningful, data-driven processes. I appreciate the ability to create new production checks and track efficiencies and other key metrics with ease. The coach (Juan Conde Belmares) has been outstanding, providing creative and practical ideas, training the entire facility, and guiding me through creating reports on Tableau. The compliance module is fantastic; it showed its value when we lost a QA tech but still became more efficient. I like how Redzone enables the combination of production and QA, bridging that gap and tracking the maintenance team's performance better. The ability to have an item/sheet completion trigger another department's check is a feature I particularly enjoy. Overall, it saves time, tracks employee progress, and measures performance.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I don't like not seeing the title of the run ID on the cover page and having to click inside the check to view basic information. Also, the inability to add or subtract time and the limited features with arithmetic functions are frustrating.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD Redzone helps digitize QA checks, making them data-driven and organized. It improves efficiency and tracks key metrics with ease. The product facilitates smooth task completion across departments and bridges gaps between production, QA, and maintenance teams, boosting performance and saving time.

  ### 15. Redzone Revolutionized Our Team Communication and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel L. | Sr. Manager Maintenance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has really changed how my team communicates and gets stuff done. Every morning when I come in, I can see right away what actions, PMs, and work orders got finished while I was gone. My techs add photos and videos to the work orders so it’s super clear what the problem was and what they fixed. They actually like using it because it’s quick and easy. Thanks to how easy the app is to use (just like using a cell phone app) and the coaching program, my techs picked up Redzone super quick.
Accountability’s a lot better now too. I can assign PMs and actions straight to my team, and they get alerts right on their iPads, so nothing slips through the cracks. We can track due dates and progress really easily. My team just updates the work order as they go — from 0 to 100% — when they accept it, order parts, get the parts in, and finish the job. Makes it super easy to see where everything’s at. Our coach showed us how to build all the PMs and triggers, and honestly, the software’s really easy to tweak. Now PMs and Operator Care Checks just pop up when they’re due, so we don’t have to guess what to do next.
One of our favorite things is the Breakdown feature. It’s way better than a radio call or text message because everyone gets the full story. Operators can throw in photos, videos, and explain what went wrong. Nothing gets lost in translation anymore. Once a breakdown’s submitted, all my techs see it right away on their tablets, start coming up with a plan to fix it, and jump into action. Since we started using it, our Mean Time to Repair dropped, and our site’s downtime is down 53%.
The Maintenance Dashboard is another big help. It’s easy to read and lets me see what’s done, what’s pending, and what we still need to hit. I can check it any time and know exactly where the team’s at for the day. Mornings are way smoother now. I don’t have to guess or bug my techs for updates.
Parts Inventory feature is great too. The team can update what they used or restocked right away, and I can see what’s in stock from my desk. Now I don’t have to dig through bins and cabinets in the Parts Room to see if we got something.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Sometimes having to switch between different tabs in the forums can be a bit clunky. It would be great to have the Maintenance Dashboard show up on the Overview Tab in a forum.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone really brought everything together for us. We communicate better, react faster, and stay on top of things way easier than before. Since launching Reliability, our site’s OEE has improved by 41%, which is huge.
It’s not just our numbers that got better. Our teamwork did too. Redzone really helped bring the team closer together. My techs collaborate way better now; before, there were some divides. It’s helped us close the loop on communication and made a big difference in how we work day to day.
Another big win for me is how much easier audit prep has become. All my PMs and work orders are digitized, so I don’t have to dig through piles of paper anymore. Everything’s right there when I need it.
Through Redzone’s coaching program, we’ve also upskilled our OP2s to spot wear and tear during setups and take more ownership of the equipment. That’s been a game changer. The Production team now helps care for the assets instead of relying completely on Maintenance. Before Redzone, all that extra responsibility was on our shoulders. Redzone didn’t just improve our processes. It’s made us a stronger, more connected team.

  ### 16. Redzone Transformed Our Maintenance Program and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marin R. | Maintenance Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

We launched Redzone about a year ago-the same time a became a Maintenance Director. Before we did not have any sort of daily meeting to align priorities, but with Daily Vital Sign, I have been able to connect with the operations team and prioritize actions requested from them.
I was very excited to launch the Reliability module and honestly it did not disappoint. We had to build and train everything from scratch as we had no program before Redzone, and our coach helped walk us through this process step by step. Now we have work orders-parts-and PMs for almost everything we do. It has helped us organize in many ways and has given more ownership to the maintenance techs to take charge of work.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Because Redzone has provided so much to take us to the next level in terms of our maintenance program, it is hard to provide something i dislike. l would say it can be difficult to get every department on the same page in terms of using Redzone successfully, but that has very little to do with the actual software.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned before, Redzone has really helped my Maintenance Technicians take more ownership over their work and requests from operators. Before, I was getting phone calls from every department, and now lot of work has been taken off my shoulders as the Techs respond to senses, breakdowns and work requests.
Our Preventative Maintenance program is relatively new, but we have experienced a 17% downtime reduction during the reliability portion alone and a 36% reduction in the 1 year using the system.

  ### 17. Lots of opportunities and capabilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marshall H. | QFS Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like that there is always a way to make Redzone work for your situation. The coaches have a lot of experience in various industries that allow them to be able to make good suggestions for your firm that are relevant.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Sometimes it can be challenging to come up with a way to do something that may be unique to your organization, though most of the time the coaches can find a way to make it work, without drastically changing practices at the site.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is giving us a lot of capability to track production more effectively and track and trace compliance with our quality team.

  ### 18. Drives culture change with outstanding coaching

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy G. | Director of Continuous Improvement, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The platform has significantly improved communication between departments, fostered greater accountability, and united teams through collaborative huddles. Kaizen events have led to clear improvements and tangible results. Our most recent coach, Rebeca Archer, played a crucial role in integrating with our team and promoting excellence. She empowered us to address challenges and encouraged us to ask 'Why.' Rebeca encouraged us to go after the issues that we considered routine. She consistently followed up and checked in to ensure we stayed on course. She truly was an outstanding partner for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The operating system support is limited to iOS and iPad, which poses a significant challenge for us, as our company mainly relies on Windows. It would be far more convenient if the app were available for Windows computers, and if integration with MacBook desktops were enhanced. Enabling desktop access would provide management with better visibility, which could help promote accountability throughout the team. I also believe there should be a greater emphasis on sensor management, troubleshooting, and specialized maintenance training, ideally with the support of dedicated training tools. Furthermore, including a learning module or offering a discounted rate after purchasing all three modules would be advantageous.

We had the same project manager for all sites. It would be helpful to be able to request a change. Mine did not permit me to create my own downtime template; instead, I was required to sift through hundreds of downtime codes and select the relevant ones. In the future, recommend more flexibility with downtime creations.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This app provides a single platform to identify the main downtime codes and to initiate actions and follow-ups. The discussions in the forums are effective in resolving issues. The problem-solving and kaizen training have equipped the team with practical tools that can be applied during our huddles.

  ### 19. Redzone with Coaching is the key to success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam N. | CI Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The coach Caroline B. was the key catalyst that we needed to get the best out of Redzone.
We like how easy it is to access even for operators who are tech-averse.
The paperless journey has been the most rewarding. Coaching was key to get it done right the first time.
We use Redzone as part of our budgeting because it calculates rate very well. The results were impressive especially with our Kaizen when we decreased minor stops by 20%

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

We had issues installing wifi at our warehouse so in the meantime we performed offline checks which Redzone offers.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is helping us get paper free.
Also, it helps us forecasts
We structure our tier meetings around forums and it enable us to solve problems faster now that we have precise information live

  ### 20. Fast Implementation and Outstanding Coaching Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara B. | Head of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I thought the implementation really shone - our coach, Daniel, was a great onsite ally. I was skeptical that we could implement it in the time frame they stated, but we were able to get up and running quickly

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I really appreciate the coaching, but sometimes the self serve inquiries with Edgar don't feel like I'm able to trouble shoot unique problems and some queued issues take a long time to get responses on

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is giving us real time visibility to our shop floor and assisting us in being smarter about productivity.

  ### 21. High Impact in short time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dalton N. | Continuous Improvement Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone brought about a way for us to easily track in real-time; how we are producing, what downtime issues our operators are fighting and any communication between the floor and management. Communication has been the major highlight of our rollout. Redzone provided a simple way to pass on any information between shifts as well as, through the use of Redzone Analytics, a simple and streamlined method of pulling reports to easily review OEE to assist in pointing out where our continuous improvement strategies would be the most impactful. The customer support has been outstanding. Starting all the way back at setting up the facility with the right sensors to the great coaching in our rollout and Kaizen events. Our operators use Redzone daily which has improved their ability to get problems addressed and provided them with more of a voice than they once had.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The limit to this system only operating on Apple products which requires additional capital upfront beyond the cost of Redzone itself.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is helpful in tracking our OEE as well as logging downtime, both reason and duration. Both OEE and downtime are things that we as a company never really had a good way of tracking before Redzone.

  ### 22. Outstanding Capabilities Enhanced by Excellent Coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | Quality Assurance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The software capabilities combined with the coaching initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I don't really have anything I dislike at this time.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The number of complaints we receive from our customers has gone down. As a Quality Assurance Manager, this has made my job much easier. I now spend less time investigating and responding to complaints, which allows me to dedicate more time to being present on the production floor.

  ### 23. Redzone Connects Our Team Like Never Before

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone connects everyone in our facility and opens conversation from anywhere in the plant. It is easy to use and our Redzone coaches have been incredibly supportive.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

It would be nice to find a way for everyone in the company to be able to use Redzone so they can all feel involved.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is addressing the communication and visibility challenges that have been impacting our productivity and preventing us from reaching our full potential.

  ### 24. Redzone Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig T. | Continuous Improvement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Our facility has had redzone closing in on 1 year now. We have seen the immediate uplift in OEE and overall employee engagement. During our compliance module rollout our coach Zach Thompson was with us day in and day out supporting and guiding us through this fantastic journey. It has been over 6 months since we last had Zach on site, yet whenever we need him he is a phone call or message away from us. Zach's overall support to our facility has been nothing short of extraordinary.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

In the compliance module, it would be nice to have groupings so operators can find their check sheets a bit easier in the que.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall employee engagement and initiatives from the floor being escalated up to senior leadership, with communication and appreciation being driven back down to the team members.

  ### 25. Life Changing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preston B. | Assistant Plant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I have found the most helpful things about redzone are all the data that is provided to all levels of the operation. From the plant floor to director level there is clear visibility to how the plant is running. This data can also be sliced and diced to show specific metrics that are needed, and sent out automatically through daily/weekly/monthly emails. We have found that operators buy in has increased tremendously since they can track live time how they are doing, and are immediatly trying to solve any downtime.

The other thing that I like most about Redzone is the support from the team. Our implementation of Redzone was extremely smooth, and Josh our coach has been very supportive along the way. He shows everything Redzone has to offer, and helps personalize the tool to create exctly what our plant was looking for.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I am yet to find something that I have disliked about Redzone. There are times, like any new tool, that questions/challenges arise, but the support from our Redzone coach Josh has been tremendous and we have not had to battle these challenges for long without support.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone has helped us get visibility on the floor of how each run is going live time, as well as weekly trends of producvitiy across each lines. This helps us create daily actions based off what the operator are seeing and get downtime resolved live time. The other massive benefit Redzone has provided is communication around the plant between Operators, Maintanence, Supervisors, Planners, Plant manager. This has streamlined our communication, having a central spot for everything. The operator can type the thing they need, or are seeing in redzone and send it directly to who can help oslve that issue. This can also be translated between languages to remove that barrier.

Between visility of our productivity & quality metrics, and the clear communication we have been able to improve and sustain our OEE!

  ### 26. More than software - it's become how we communicate, gather data, and solve problems.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan R. | Director of Engineering and Plant Facilities, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Coaching. There are many solutions out there for people communicating internally, or gathering data from equipment, or collaborative problem solving, but Redzone rolls them all into one with the support of Continuous Improvement experts built-in via coaching. Our coaches have been instrumental in accelerating implementation & adoption of Redzone to to see a positive ROI while cheerfully engaging our people for training and collaboration in alignment with our company values. It is very simple to use and visually engaging for our front-line while driving results for the bottom-line.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

As we learn, evolve, and expand our usage there have been features & functionality "missing" from our perspective but Redzone is ever-evolving with their customers and developing more complex solutions to drive improvement. One initial hurdle was that the system is only available on iOS, which is also evolving in real-time with the recent release of a web-based admin portal.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workforce engagement & communication. Continuous improvement via crowd-sourced ideas from the people closest to the work and structured problem solving tools to drive resolution. Live-data from our equipment to reduce downtime and shared performance visibility to enable seamless collaboration without submitting a "help ticket". Understanding of true capacity and throughput, resulting in capital expense avoidance and reduced hiring requirements as we grow.

Productivity and compliance have completely transformed how I manage the floor. With productivity tools, I can communicate more effectively, track data effortlessly, and implement positive changes that truly improve production. These tools have enabled me to monitor performance in real time, identify trends, and make informed decisions that drive efficiency and quality. I can now stay engaged with every line running, even when I’m not physically present, ensuring consistent support and oversight. This has streamlined our processes and made it easier to adopt and sustain meaningful improvements on the floor.

A key part of my success has been my coach, Rob. His patience, dedication, and drive to help me reach my full potential have been invaluable. When he’s here at CMC, he’s fun to be around and inspires me to stay on top of my huddles. There’s truly no one like him. His energy is unmatched, and his accent is the best! Rob consistently provides insightful advice, encourages innovative thinking, and goes above and beyond to ensure both my growth and the success of CMC. His guidance has made a lasting impact not only on me but on how we approach productivity and continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

It's called Redzone but we want green bars and stars, not red bars.
I also wish the high fives were bigger on the TV.

  ### 28. Biggest improvement to factory in the last 10 years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is the perfect suite of tools to empower the front line workers and create a connected workforce. The ease of use and intuitiveness of the application make adoption quick and easy. The coaching provided by the Redzone team was not only centered around how to use the application but also how to rightsize the use to fit your factory. Would highly recommend! It has been everything promised and more!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Lack of Additional out of the box reporting and ability to categorize losses and analyze in app.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brings losses to the forefront and empowers front line workers to action and resolve issues on the fly. Additionally the connectedness across a 24/7 factory has improved dramatically since Redzone implementation.

  ### 29. Great product and Ease of Implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert W. | Maintenance & Facilities Sr. Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The Frequency of Use, Ease of use, continuos improvements, the number of features for data collection, Ease of Implementation, Ease of Integration, and great Customer Support. Being able to have production and maintenance use the same software for tracking and loss mitigation!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Not having an all button for all the options. Not having these KPIs for reports or displayed on the production/maintenance screen, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Planned Maintenance Percentage, and Maintenance Cost as a Percentage of Asset Value.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loss mitigation, gives us the data we need to directs everyones to focus on the greatest potential for improvments.

  ### 30. Instant Data - Easy roll out - Exceptional Coach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The ability to provide real-time visibility into our manufacturing operations. This enables us to quickly identify and address issues on the shop floor, leading to improved efficiency, reduced downtime, and higher product quality. By offering actionable insights through real-time data, QAD Redzone helps our Production team to make informed decisions promptly, ultimately enhancing overall operational performance. The way we were coached to focus on Vital Fews and resolve those first was very insightful.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Customization Limitations: Our engineering team felt that the platform may have limitations in customization to perfectly fit our unique manufacturing processes.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Instant visibility of data

  ### 31. Coached to Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe M. | Quality Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Some of the things I love about Redzone are the commitment to daily discussions while providing a forum for these discussions to not only take place but in essence force action. It is a great tool to make all aspects of your production environment known, but this is of course if used appropriately. I also like the fact that it drives healthy competition within the company to drive improvement. The coaching is a huge part of my great experience with Redzone. I cannot speak enough to how our coach's dedication and effort has help us move the right direction in making RedZone a priority and a part of our culture.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Some of the items I will say that I do not care for is the specifics around code dates and how they can be verified in RedZone. This is not to say RedZone doesn’t have a function for this, but with the complexity of some of our code dates, I wish it was a little more capable of self-calculating some of our more complex strange code date requirements. Second, the wish would be to have a check conducted each hour on the hour when the line is running, and RedZone does this based on a run time of the equipment.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is helping us have tough conversations that allow us to move our company forward. We have seen productivity numbers increase by 50+ percent, which we desperately needed, to the point where we have produced more this year than any other year. Team camaraderie and working towards a common goal is improving at our site with the use of huddles and Daily Vital Signs.

  ### 32. Elevating Performance and Transforming the Manufacturing Floor

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark S. | Plant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I really appreciate how QAD Redzone enhances Team Collaboration and real-time communicaton on the production floor. The ability to track performance and metrics and receive instant feedback allows teams to quickly address issues, driving continuous improvement. With the ability to review our data we have driven a 25% improvement on our top downtime.
Our coach Madison has been a game-changer for our Team! THe hands-on approach and personalized coaching have significantly improved our communication, efficiency, and engagement on the production floor. Madison is not just a tool but a true partner in driving continuous improvement, offering actionable insights and guidance that have helped us streamline processes and boost overall performance. The combination of real-time feedback and tailored suppport has empowered our operators, making us more agile and productive than ever. Redzone has been instrumental in breaking down silos and fostering seamless department collaboration across the organization.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

One areas that may feel less helpful is that some users, especially those less tech savvy, might find the initial onboarding and learning curve a bit challenging. While Redzone is ultimately user-friendly, it can take time for the teams to get fully confortable navigating the platform, particularly with its more advanced features.

Intergration with other systems- depending on the existing software ecosystem, integration with other platforms might require addtional work or adjustments, which can lead to time spent on aligning different systems for seamless functionality.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone provides real-time data on production performance, allowing teams to quickly identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies, reducing dowtime and increasing productivity. Redzone enhances team communication through its mobile collaboration tools, allowing opertors, supervisors and managers to stay aligned and respond quickly to issues as they arise. By empowering employees with real-time feedback and giving them a direct role in improving performance, Redzone increases engagement and accoutability across the teams. Redzone helps to streamline workflows, optimize resource utilization, and improve overall efficiency by providing actionalbe insights through data analytices and performance. The flatform promotes a culture of continuous improvement by enabling teams to set goals, track progress, and make data-driven decisions that drive increamental gains in productivity and quality. Redzone fosters collaboration between different areas, allowing for smoother coordination and better cross-functional problemsolving. Redzone helps ensure consistent quality control by tracking key perfomance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring teams follow compliance standards.
Overall Redzone helps manufacturers become more agile, efficient, and collaborative while driving continuous improvement across operations.

  ### 33. It’s the whole package!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rosalyn W. | Associate Manager of Packaging, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

That the company offers a Redzone coach to help implementation and launch of the program at the site. It is user-friendly, but definitely needs an expert to guide the teams. Zach did a very good job being patient with Mead Johnson (Reckitt’s) team.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

That hourly rates are red when we are in cleanups. I do not like that.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OEE loss and giving better visibility to problems at the floor (even the small picky ones that just bug operators). It has helped communicate issues better too for our downtimes that are in hard to get to areas of the plant.

  ### 34. Launching Redzone at a brownfield. Lights are on!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse S. | Plant Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is a great software for tracking OEE, delievering/triggering checks and gaining valuable insight into how your plant is operating. However, having gone through a previous deployement with another company, the most underrated part about the software is how they build communication into everything you do. The ownership that the employees feel when they feel seen and heard is a major piece of why Redzone can be such a boom to your facility. I love how each module is coached in with people that are knowleagble, easy to work with and willing to come alongside your team to help ensure the success of the deployment (shoutout Nick!). The coaches truly care and want to see your culture change from "reading the news" to enabling your team to be proactive by using the app and structure that they bring.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The iOS limitation can be difficult to adapt your facility to depending on what platforms your company uses.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency tracking, being paperless and communication between shifts/departments. From a compliance standpoint, it eliminiates significant time that would otherwise be used sifting through papers to see how the plant is performing. All concerns (warnings, fails, misses) are all floated to the top to make sure people are spending time on what matters the most.

  ### 35. Great Tool, Great Support!

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is an intuitive tool that helps our team understand their real time results and actions. Our team loves it! Even the folks who don't see themselves as tech savvy have been pleasantly surprised at what a great tool it is. Taylor is a great coach and has provided wonderful guidance and support.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Wish I could see our environment from a PC, and better integration with windows products.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating more urgency around OEE

  ### 36. Josh Bradley Review

Productivity, reporting and visibility

  ### 37. You don't take a backseat in hopes to thrive.

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The accessibility at your fingertips is impressive with the QAD RZ. The communication and accountability with the software has been phenomenal. What our Coach has shown us and educated us, with the program, won't be forgotten.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Information overload. The data can be overwhelming, and the filters will help streamline what you are looking for and assist in driving change.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Constant updates to the software ensures we don't see the problems.

  ### 38. A Paperless Compliance System

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The most useful aspect of QAD Redzone is that it is so customizable within its established parameters. We are a personal care contract manufacturer and we have a variety of customers who have custom additional requirements beyond our standard production checks. With the compliance module, we are able to create datasheets that go to specific lines or to specific products, all in a reasonable intuitive fashion. We also had a Coach, Robert Legon, during our implementation for the times when it wasn't as intuitive. He was an invaluable resource. For a product we use everyday in our facility, we were able to get up and running in just a few short weeks.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone has the same limitation that any electronic documentation system would have in that it can only understand discreet tasks. While we have implemented Redzone for all other aspects of the facility, our batching process is sometimes undertaken by multiple individuals over multiple hours, and as such is difficult to document fully in Redzone. But for every other part of our manufacturing, Redzone is the document of record.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Redzone implementation, our QA and Production teams were spending hours per day generating, completing, and reviewing paper production records. With Redzone, not only is that time reduced to minutes instead of hours, but we aren't passing paper back and forth.

  ### 39. Quality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has brought the plant together, allowed employees to share struggles and opportunities that will bring better food safety and health and safety culture to our environment. It allows for more accountability, more share ideas, faster turnaround on maintenance repairs as it is at the forefront for eveyone to see. Like that the shifts can communicate with each other and post the good and bad to move forward together. Our coach has been informative, patient and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

You can't edit a response, if you post something that maybe isnt worded the greatest you can't edit it for more clarity.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster turnaround on maintenance issues as everyone has eyes on the message from an employee asking for maintenance assistance

  ### 40. An excellent productivity/compliance software system with personalized coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel w. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

This is an excellent software system that helps create communication throughout the company to acheive increased productivity. The software allows realtime visability at a glance for all employees throughout the company. I do however believe the biggest pro for the software system is the onsite coaching. Not only has our coach Aaron Jackson been here to coach us through how to use the software but he has also shown us and our employees the reasons for doing it. This really helps the company get buy in from the employees as they not only know what to do but why it will help the company at all levels.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The only real con I see with the system really has nothing to do with the software. The set-up is very time consuming and take a large investment of time. From our experience and results so far that investment has been well worth it!

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is giving us realtime line data at a glance, this gives us the ability to problem solve in real time instead of having to wait for end of shift/day reports.

  ### 41. Enthusiastic and Motivating

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The RedZone team is fully committed to help your team excel. They offer helpful coaching to identify major issues by using the data collected in the system and tools to get to the true root of the issues. JD has been extremely attentive to our needs and processes and has offered numerous suggestions and solutions throughout the training period.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I think the biggest downside to using RedZone is the technology aspect. The setup for the compliance module became tedious at certain points and not being able to access RedZone on both a PC and the iPad has been frustrating.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RedZone is helping us narrow down where our downtime in production comes from. This has allowed us to put more efforts towards addressing the downtime.

  ### 42. Redzone provides great coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

*The Coaches and Support from Redzone are outstanding. They are always available for answering questions. I have worked closely with the Coach, Steve McGinnis. With his many years of production experience he teaches not only the How but clearly explains the Why.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Adding additional copy features to data sheets would make for quicker entry. Overall, the software is easy to use.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

*Redzone allows for open lines of communication for everyone in the organization. Everyone now has a voice.
*The Sea of Blue allows for easily understanding line routing effectiveness. It creates a visual, helping us to understand where adjustments are needed.
*The Downtime coding quickly communicates what obstacles are slowing the line down. Maintenance knows know where to focus on the line.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Pricing platforms should have discounts for using more than 1 module.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Low efficiance employee engagment.

  ### 44. Compliance module

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The ability to be proactive, with real time data and real time feedback. The onsite coaches are top tier and really made the whole process a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The ability to do admin work in the browser would save hours and hours of setup time. In addition to this, the ability to use product group filters with shift triggers would make this whole process for us perfect. Our coach was able to navigate any of the struggles we had and we still came out with a great product.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time feedback, moving from a reactive approach to a proactive one.

  ### 45. Culture changing, software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Working with Derrick Griffin has been an incredibly transformative experience. His dedication, deep knowledge, and personalized approach to coaching RZ ways have made a significant difference in our company's overall performance. Derrick not only provides expert guidance but also listens attentively, tailoring his coaching to our company's specific needs and goals. His constructive feedback and encouragement have helped my maintenance dept overcome challenges and our production dept overcome production issues, and see growth. I highly recommend Redzone and its coaching, software, and administrative staff to any up and coming manufacturer companies on the market today.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Not incorporating a CMMS inventory control into the software is my only drawback on Redzone. Knowing what you have on hand real time while on the floor as a maintenance manager would be a great asset to the company.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that red zone is helping us solve is keep on track with machine up time and real time breakdowns. While providing 100% paperless system.

  ### 46. Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey L. | Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The platform is a great one-stop shop for data collection, quality documentation, training standards, and so much more. We use QAD Redzone in both of our manufacturing facilities each day and it integrates nicely to our legacy ERP system. However, the most beneficial aspect to QAD Redzone is their approach to driving meaningful results.

QAD Redzone coaches understand that it isn't enough to simply rely on their digital platform for success, they employ leaders with experience in manufacturing to coach your team in how to make the application work for you. Coaches understand the capabilities of the QAD Redzone platform and through numerous deployments they've refined how they engage employees in the process. When your employees can influence change, small wins add up quickly. It's no secret that this is the key ingredient to their success!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

As with any changing application, the updates don’t always go as intended. Although it's never been a big issue, we've had a couple of new releases that were supposed to fix a glitch in the software but created a different nuisance. QAD Redzone is very responsive in getting these issues corrected.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD Redzone has digitized our production floor and provides real-time data to make production decisions each day. The Compliance module houses all of our Quality documentation and makes auditing a breeze. It's been a huge enhancement to live communication. With hundreds of employees, we communicate individually or to the masses just as easily. I can't imagine running a 24/7 operaqtion without this level of connectivity.

  ### 47. Compliance Module

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like Redzone because of it's flexibilty and adaptability within the organizational needs. Since we implemented the Productivity module our OEE numbers have increased our engagement and interactions cross functionally have seen a lift in working better together. We were very fortunate to have such a good coach/teacher in Emily Schmidt. I enjoy working with her , she makes it fun for all of us while challenging us at the same time. I am excited as the site QA Manager as we are currently slowly rolling out the compliance module.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I cannot think of anything at this time.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to build our QA checks in Redzone is a major benefit.

Great job REDZONE and to our coach Madison Cody for helping us successfully launch this platform to our operations.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Not enough time with our coach onsite but satisfied with the offline customer support to ensure smooth implementation.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring compliance with Quality & Food Safety Standards.

  ### 49. Redzone Project Leader

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annie N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

We decided to use Redzone Productivity module 4 years ago, then added Reliability and Compliance after. We are so glad that we made that decision. Our production OEE was up over 10% in the first 90 days of implementation at all sites. The project investment has paid off in the 1st year. Our team loves Redzone as it is easy to use for all levels of users, and is a useful tool for management. Their coaches are incrediblly knowledgable, deligent and passionate about helping the team improve the performance. Redzone is not only a software but a behavioral change.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I could not think of anything that I do not like about Redzone, and cannot imagine our work without Redzone.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased OEE
Better communication among the team
Better tracebility
Reduce paper usage

  ### 50. Redzone has helped give a voice to our frontline workers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has helped connect our team, creating better cohesion and collaboration across all departments and from the beginning to the end of our entire process. It has also given our frontline operators a voice that they never had before. We've seen amazing from Redzone, from thousands of chats a week to operators gaining confidence and stepping up into new roles and taking ownership of their areas. It's very user friendly and, with the help of our Redzone Coach, we were able to plan, train, and implement Redzone incredibly fast. Our Redzone Coach has also helped us simplify and improve so many processes. They have been extremely helpful and flexible to our needs, and the Kaizen weeks were very rewarding and productive.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wish that Redzone had better functionality with our maintenance CMMS and better served the needs of our maintenance team so that we could have our entire facility on one integrated platform. A

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of communication, interdepartmental silos, struggles with following through on process improvements, problems and issues being ignored, operators feeling overwhelmed and frustrated by the lack of support.
